This is a horse farm located in between Chattanooga and Nashville just 7 miles off the i24, and only 8 miles from Decherd (Wallmart etc)/Winchester and all the beautiful lakes and Manchester Tennessee (Bonnaroo!). Offering 2 full RV hookups and 2 with just water and electric, the farm is no frills, yet quiet and peaceful. There is a shower/restroom at the barn, and plenty of space for camping and turn around for the larger motor homes. We are perfect for a one or two night layover. Guests can bring their dog so long as it remains on a leash. There is no wifi or laundry service!

Property has been in the same family for 150 yrs. The farmhouse is 105 yrs and three generations of the same family still live there. There is a barn that has one bed on what was the hay loft. The space is large and sleeping bags or hammocks can be used to accommodate up to a total of 5 adults. Space is not safe for children under the age of 6. Located on 24 acres of woods which are protected on the Georgia Land Conservancy. Lots of space for tents, small RVs and campfires. There are no hook ups, but we can accommodate self-contained vehicles of any size. Outdoor shower located on the side of the barn. Grocery store and service station are located nearby. We are only 10 miles from downtown Chattanooga. World class rock climbing, white water, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and the list goes on and on; All within only short drives. Use as central, quiet, beautiful rural pitstop.
