One of the newer campgrounds in Pigeon Forge, in a great location right in the middle of everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Bathhouse was immaculate and spacious. Everything has been well maintained and still looked and felt brand new after 2 years of business.

The location is very convenient to the National Park, the main drag of Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We spent 3 nights here with two full days devoted to exploring the park. We enjoyed the full hookups for our Class B van and took advantage of the shower rooms. It is compact but very quiet - perhaps surprisingly so. Great value overall.

We had no issues booking this campsite last minute, and while there was no communication from the owner during our stay, everything went smoothly and we had an amazing weekend. The location can be a bit tricky to find, so be sure to follow the directions provided in your booking. The site itself is large, private, and offers a breathtaking view of the smoky mountains. Since it faces west, the sunsets are absolutely phenomenal! The campsite includes a fire pit, a wooden swing, a large teepee structure, and a small toilet shed — all decently maintained. We didn’t see any bears during our stay, but we did hang our food in a nearby tree just to be safe. Overall, it was a peaceful and scenic getaway — we’d definitely stay here again and have already been recommending it to friends!

If you're looking for a no-frills yet convenient place to stay while exploring the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area, Holy Smokies Campground might be just what you need. This small, low-key campground has all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including full hookups, level sites, and clean, new shower facilities. While there aren’t fire pits available, each site features a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and unwinding after a day of adventures.
One of the standout features of Holy Smokies is the seamless arrival process. Before our trip, we received a text detailing our assigned site along with door codes for the shower houses and laundry. There was no need for a traditional check-in, which made our experience even more smooth and hassle-free.
Upon arrival, we encountered a minor issue with the water at our site. However, reaching out to the Host proved to be easy; they arrived promptly and resolved the issue in minutes. It's clear that the Hosts are dedicated to improving the campground and ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay.
We were assigned Site 2, conveniently located near the access road. While this meant occasional noise and headlights, the campground has installed a privacy fence that mitigates some of those disturbances. The site is level and offers a mix of partial to full sun.
Recommended for a budget friendly, convenient location to local attractions.

My family just recently stay at Gatlinburg Outdoor Resorts. This was an amazing adventure and fun for the entire family! Not to far from anywhere you’d enjoy venturing out to at all!
This campground was so clean, friendly and very safe. We rented this lot #262 and it is my favorite! Shade and a sunny spot on the lot, creek view and sound which is beautiful! Nice out door fire pit which you can cook on or an evening cozy fire on the lot!
Very clean and private bath house with individual shower rooms! This lot is great for larger RVs (36 foot). My favorite place and lot to camp! We will be back in the fall! The owner Lora is vey sweet and

We absolutely love this site! The only thing we didn’t like is that there’s no swimming pool area—we’d love to see one added. The staff at the front office were extremely friendly, and my son had a great time playing with another little boy who was there. We would definitely come back and stay again in the future. I just really hope they consider adding a pool so we can cool off during the summer heat.
We also loved the shower facilities—they were very clean. The cornhole boards at the clubhouse were a fun touch, and we appreciated the tables under the pavilion for relaxing outside. We really enjoyed the pool table and the large, comfortable couches upstairs. It all felt very cozy and inviting.

It was small but easy to find things. The showers are newer and very clean. I like it when the shower and toilet are together for ease.
