A full kitchen for family meals. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and each one has a beautiful view. The full master bath has a walkout balcony. There is also a full bath on the main floor. Enjoy the working wood burning stove, play a game, or read a book. Have a bonfire or soak in the large hot tub. This is an all electric home with the energy provided by 21 solar panels. Guest access There is a digital lock with an entry code. Other things to note Note from a Guest: Great property for family, couple, or small group This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts. Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

There is a pond on the property for fishing, or for just sitting and enjoying the view. Fishing is also available on Clear Creek, which is state trout waters. Hiking and other outdoor activities abound in our area. Wine tasting opportunities are abundant at the surrounding wineries. Our Courtyard / Mossy Oak Waterfall area is mulched and a beloved space for dogs to run and play in the creeks. Our 1/2 mile loop hiking trail is half soft ground / half gravel road. If your dog can not walk on gravel we're soory but this is not the property for them.
