Learn more about this land:Lovely views from the farm and amazing sunsets. We have a 1 1/2 acre pond with a covered pier for fishing or just relaxing. Depending on the time of year and weather you can see egrets, hawks, deer, rabbits, and an assortment of birds. We are fairly secluded for privacy and yet only 3 miles from town. There is an easy access gas station only a mile away. Full hookups includes 30amp service, county water, and standard dump connections. Chesterfield is a quiet little town with quaint shops and restaurants. We are only 13 miles from Cheraw SC where you can find many unique restaurants, Walmart, fast food, bank and other services.

This property is unimproved and unmaintained raw natural land. The entire property is surrounded by a farm drainage ditch on all sides, with random farm drainage ditches to insure the land is dry and a 60’ x 60’ old farm irrigation pond (see satellite photo to know where the ditches are located). There is plenty of seasoned raw wood (from when the property was cleared 4 years ago) laying randomly throughout the property to cut and collect for a camp fire. The land is located off a dirt access road that is well maintained by the county. The county dirt road can provide for hours of peaceful riding via mountain bikes. Campers are more then welcome to cut their own path on the land for their campsite. There is a fire pit by the large tree when first entering the property at Entrance 2 (please see photos for the locations of Entrance 1 and 2). Note: This raw land is unmaintained and was last cleared 4 years ago, photos are from April 2022. An extension cord is recommended to reach the outlet depending on camper size and hook up location on the rig and multiple or very long water hose recommended. No size limit and pets are welcome, the front and back yards are fenced off for our dogs as well and the driveway is gated. The woods are walkable for the adventurous but there are no walking paths. Located in a quiet road right off the main road to the beach this is the perfect location for families and couples alike to get away from the hustle and bustle of the packed campgrounds. Our small town is located within a 10 min drive that hosts a great small pizza shop, many mom and pop restaurants, food lion grocery store, and couple of fast food restaurants and some small hardware stores.
