The local attractions are: -El Yunque National Rainforest 15 minute drive up the mountain. -Las Paylas rockslides (2 minute drive & 8 minutes walking). -The Luquillo beaches which are La Pared, Playa Azul, Barneario de Luquillo. Views of Vieques Island and El Yunque rain forest as well as the Caribbean Sea. Located in Eastern Puerto Rico with a short drive to the eastern beaches. Restaurants are in both nearby towns of Las Piedras and Humacao. Short on tents so if possible please bring your own tent. (Site #3 road now blocked due to landslide).
