The local attractions are: -El Yunque National Rainforest 15 minute drive up the mountain. -Las Paylas rockslides (2 minute drive & 8 minutes walking). -The Luquillo beaches which are La Pared, Playa Azul, Barneario de Luquillo. The campsite areas and facilities are about 8 out of 43 acres of all the private property of rainforest, flowers, palm trees, and various fruit trees. The Sabana River, one of many that originate from El Yunque National Rainforest, the river goes through the property. All the campsites are close by the river with each having their own access and individual fire pits. Additionally a new infiniti style pool (22') is included as well as an outdoor art studio with acrylic paints, small canvas, brushes, pastels, charcoal provided at a modest cost. Views of Vieques Island and El Yunque rain forest as well as the Caribbean Sea. Located in Eastern Puerto Rico with a short drive to the eastern beaches. Restaurants are in both nearby towns of Las Piedras and Humacao. Short on tents so if possible please bring your own tent. (Site #3 road now blocked due to landslide).
