Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the entirety of our A-frame cabin and the surrounding 4.56 acres of wilderness, including the private pond, paddleboat, and fire pit area. However, please note that access to neighboring properties is prohibited. Other things to note Please note: Check-in and check-out times are at the stated times. While dogs are welcome, they are not permitted on the bed. Additionally, smoking is not allowed inside the A-frame. Please refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of our neighbors' tranquility. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. House Rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. - Please respect the neighbors and maintain a low noise level during these hours. - Parties and events are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the host. - Ensure the door remains closed when the air conditioning or heating is on. Fire Pit Use and Safety: - A fire pit is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for using the fire pit safely and must follow all local fire regulations and any property-specific instructions provided. - Fires must be kept small and contained within the fire pit. The fire should never be left unattended, and water or an extinguisher must be kept nearby. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to sleep. - Never leave the fire unattended. Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving the area. Please adhere to any local fire regulations and burn bans. - Do not burn any materials other than firewood. The use of flammable liquids or other accelerants is strictly prohibited. - The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use of the fire pit. All users must wear life jackets, which are provided, at all times while using the boat. When done, return the boat to the shore. Do not overload the boat and avoid standing while in the boat. - Swimming is allowed in designated areas, but it is at the guest’s own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children. - The host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or deaths resulting from the use of the paddle boat, swimming, or any water-related activities.
