We lived in a small dwelling and lived off the land for years; with a large garden and small farm animals. Now, our property has become our retirement sanctuary, for us to use with our RV. We developed 2 RV sites with full hookups, including 30, 50 Amp and 110 electric. There is water and sewage hookups, at both sites. We would like to share this sanctuary with others, who would appreciate it. You can book 1 site or add the second site at the extras section, in check out. We are only renting to one party at a time. You will have the campsites to yourselves. Our property is one mile from Cowanesque Lake, where there is fishing, boating, and swimming. You will enjoy wildlife, on our property and in the surrounding area such as deer, bald eagles, various birds, hoot owls at night, and others. It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro. There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. We have been able to see the Milky Way, at times. There is only one other home visible from the campsites. Enjoy!

You will enjoy wildlife, on our property and in the surrounding area such as deer, bald eagles, various birds, hoot owls at night, and others. It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro. There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. We have been able to see the Milky Way, at times. There is only one other home visible from the campsites. Enjoy!

You need to go to the extra charges and pay for it there Only 2 tents on the pond permitted and you can only use half the pond. given there may be a tenter using other half.Fires only allowed in the fire rings please! Great hiking, trails on location, lots of wildlife u will be camping with deer birds and much more. A creak side woods camping can be arranged as well.

Water can be filled on property if needed. Location is just five minutes to Lower Treman Park or Buttermilk Park, with amazing hiking trails, seasonal stream fishing and swimming. Ten minute drive to Ithaca proper.
