The Evergreen Lodge

Family owned land for over 100 years and at that time it was planted in corn. On the property is a foundation that was said to be where one of the Youngers that rode with Jessie James lived in a shanty. Known as the “Younger Shanty”.  Nearby attractions:  wineries, state parks, Penns Cave, Penn State University, and great restaurants.

Go for a wooded hike or  explore. There is a creek nearby that you can fish in or a smaller creek to sit by and relax. Bike on country blacktop roads.

Spyglass Ridge Winery

The property is on 50 acres and has a winery, brewery and restaurant available. We have events all year long and host concerts that bring over 4,000 people per event. Catch and release fishing in the pond and plenty of open space to stroll around.  Learn more about this land:Brewery (open Thursday through Sunday) and Winery (open Tuesday through Sunday) on site. Close to Knoebel's Amusement Resort and Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area. Pond for catch and release fishing.  Pet friendly and relaxing property

The Green Tree Grove

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Juniata County, The Green Tree Grove offers a tranquil cabin retreat. This cozy studio cabin boasts a full-sized bed and a comfortable futon. Our kitchenette provides a water dispenser, microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. For outdoor cooking, a propane grill awaits on the covered porch connected to the cabin.
