Two Rivers & Mohawk Love Farms

This is a 120 acres of trees, meadows, wild flowers, farm land, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks on the convergence of 2 Rivers the Mohawk and the McKinzie.  There is an empty barn with a bathroom, refrigerator and hot plate, a barbeque is outside the barn.  The walks are beautiful.  Just 15 minutes from downtown Eugene.

This is the view back to where you drove to the site.  you will follow this back to the fork and take a right on the road and walk to the barn you see in the far right corner, there is the shower and kitchen area in the barn.  with a table inside.  

When you arrive at this gate you will follow the direction of the white truck to your site.

Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. We are an equestrian property with a stable offering a variety of equestrian activities, and we offer both a Farm Stay cottage and an RV Glamping option.  We are in horse and wine country, with some 10 wineries within 15 minutes and many more within a 30 to 45 minute radius.  And we are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise. 

Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. There are plenty of opportunities to hang out with the horses, help out with barn chores, help with garden/yard maintenance, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.

We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with an extra fee.  Both accommodations have a two-night minimum and a cleaning fee, along with 10% Oregon lodging tax.

The Enchanted Forest AND Salem, our capitol is only minutes away!     There are plenty of recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking or kayaking nearby.    Or Perhaps  you just want to read or simply relax?    Whether you prefer boondocking or are finding RV parks overcrowded and expensive... if you don't need hookups we have just the spot!    Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions at all. There are lots of special circumstances we can accommodate.  Such as you are in an RV but want to set up a tent for the kids? Gypsy Caravan Retreat

The Gypsy Caravan is an English bow-ledged design built in Port Townsend Washington in 1996. I used it as a traveling
artist/storyteller/environmental educator as I toured the the western part of the United States from the Mexican border to the Yukon. 
The last 10 years it has been my guest space. Over the last year I have expanded it's livability with porch, shower, bathhouse and outdoor kitchen. It is a special and magical space with it’ own a private yard

Ruah Ranch

Ruah Ranch is situated on an old donation land claim and was also the site of nomadic Native American tribes. Abundant wildlife graces our acres as well as the beautiful Thoroughbred horses we raise. You'll likely be serenaded by coyotes in the evenings and may catch sight of them during the day.  Three different species of raptors frequent the skies above the ranch and beavers have established outposts along the stream. Beautiful thoroughbred horses will greet you every morning from their nearby pasture while you enjoy your coffee in the shade of the trellised Wisteria. Silver Falls State Park is a short drive away where you can enjoy hiking and biking and even guided horseback rides. The Oregon Gardens are just a bit further north on the outskirts of Silverton and many wineries dot the landscape all around. If you like horses we’ll be happy to give you a tour of the ranch and introduce you to the resident equines, many of which have horse racing royalty up close in their lineage.

Campers have access to this washroom, which includes a bathroom (toilet and sink), kitchen sink, and coffee pot.

You can take a nice half-mile walk down the driveway to this pond, where there are plenty of ducks and birds

Carsners Tree Farm (CTF)

Come and enjoy an 8 acre tree farm located near Lebanon, Oregon. We purchased this property in 2019. This is a tree farm with 800+ planted Christmas trees. We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives.  Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting.  Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing. There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. You can also play games inside or basketball outside.We thought it would be great to have family gatherings and get togethers here and think of this as our slice of heaven, and hope others enjoy it as well.

Our community firepit is 6ft across and well away from flammable trees.. We build large fires when the fire danger is low and small fires when the fire danger is high. We are a tree farm so no open fires in campsites please. firewood is provided.
