My husband and I loved staying at Trent's cabin! We were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway where we could take long walks in the woods and relax in a comfortable cabin at night. Very nice stopover for the night. Very quiet and plenty of room to sit and relax after a long drive. Lots of shopping close by if needed and not too far from the freeway. Dave is very welcoming and friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Even the squirrels were entertaining.

When we arrived Rachel greeted us and allowed us to park nestled in some trees on her property. She offered up some local restaurants and asked if we needed any other recommendations for the area. We visited Silver Falls during our stay. We car camped and it was nice having a flush toilet and shower to use especially after the long hike. We enjoyed seeing the cows and goats in the pasture. The views were beautiful.

Just as advertised, a large fenced field near Portland. Host met us on arrival, allowed us to get some water from a tap at his house, which is adjacent. Felt very secure. Double gate allows access in or out at all hours.
