We have a fresh water hookup as well as one 110 extension power cable. If you request to use them. There is large grassy area for a tent or games. We also provide a picnic table that can accommodate 8 people.
No sewer hookup and no dump station - sorry.
Also, there are no camp fires allowed, the setting is heavily wooded and the fire danger is too high. Propane based cooking stoves are fine to use outside.
Dogies are welcome and need to be on a lead 100% of the time if outside.
We are located 10 minutes from Hillsboro, 30 minutes from downtown Portland, 5 minutes to North Plains and 3 minutes to two wineries - Helvetia Winery and Eagles Nest Winery.

Tranquil RV spot on our one acre property, an hour's drive from Portland, Corvallis or the Pacific Ocean and 45 minutes from Salem. Our mile long rural road is great for family bike rides, bird watching, picking blackberries and other fruit in the late summer. We are close to the Yamhill River for some kayaking or canoeing. Our property offers a quiet refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city and being away from city lights make us a great spot for some star gazing.

I would categorize this as a great passing through spot. It is private, easy to find, easy to park, the host was available for communication and had very clear communication. Key points would be: peaceful area, surrounded by trees, quiet, private, clean, well cared for. I felt very safe and comfortable sleeping here.

Tad and Alanna met me at my arrival for a quick get-to-know and what was needed.
Semi-private camp spot was close to chickens, but surprisingly they were not noisy (thankfully no rooster that I heard). Spot is off the main road so only road noise was passing neighbor cars. Crab apple trees were ripe for picking, blackberries already finished.
I spent my daytime hours away from camp spot and at the McMinnville Highland Games Festival where I was competing in heavy athletics. On my departure day, I received a thank you note expressing interest in the Highland Games after meeting me and stating that their family was their watching me, which added a nice personal touch to the visit.

Great communication and friendly host. Site was exactly what I needed for a quick solo tent camping overnight retreat.
It's a fairly intimate location that's closer to the owners' artist studio(?) building than I'd thought from the photos and is one of several residential properties nearby. They are right off a road that does have occasional traffic, so you will hear sounds of civilization from time to time, but mostly very quiet and feels private.
Easy to access though and the wooded area adjacent to the camping/RV spot provides a good little bit of forest immersion with a few walking trails that will allow you take a chair and read a book within the trees. Nice star visibility at night as it gets plenty dark.
Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quick and easy outdoor getaway!

We had a 25 ft TT that we pulled in with (and then backed truck out) due to hot afternoon sun when we backed in. It was great shade and nice to be among the trees. Lots of rural neighbors with some annoyances but overall happy there. We took the trailer to Elks in Forest Grove - free dumping (and donations appreciated). Shawn and Cheryl were kind hosts and we appreciated some eggs and grapes from the property!

Nice and private site that was easy to find. Host was responsive to messages and the site is conveniently close to town where you can easily find any last minute provisions or a good meal. The site does have a slight slope, but it was fine for tent camping and parking two motorcycles. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at Tracy’s property on Puget Island in the middle of the Columbia river was divine. We were concluding our weeklong trek through the state and last night was rounded out our stays in wine country, high dessert and the coastal towns dotting the Western Coast. We parked our Sprinter next to the fire pit steps from the beach, watched the tugs, ferry and barges go by, uncorked a local Pinot and toasted to a memorable visit to Oregon. This is a great little spot with a picnic table and fire-pit. You can nestle your camper next to the tree to create a screen between you and the house. The spot is level and easy to back into. Alanna was very attentive when we arrived to inform us of where to park. We were here 24 hours- wine tasted in the region- great access to town and wineries. Enjoy!

We had a lovely stay at Shawn’s place. The space was clean and private. We misread the info on the electricity being less than 30amps but Shawn did his best to help us! He made sure we were settled in and was available if needed. He also allowed us to pick lavender from his garden, which was awesome. We stayed in our RV with our pups and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend!

This is a beautiful spot on the. Columbia River. I stayed twice (at the start and end of a road trip) and both times were so relaxing. I parked my camper van near the water and spent quiet mornings sipping coffee watching the boats go by. I plan to come back so I can spend some time exploring the island and do a little kayaking.
