At the top of Ontario Heights, our 1.5-acre property overlooks the Treasure Valley, offering stunning views, beautiful trees, and an open sky perfect for stargazing at night and breathtaking sunrises in the morning. Just a couple of miles from town, it’s the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.

We offer a cozy fire pit near the tent area, a walking path around the property, and space for one tent and one RV—both spots provide incredible sunrise views. The property is pet-friendly (please clean up after your furry friends!) and equipped with security cameras for added peace of mind.

As laid-back and welcoming hosts, we love sharing our safe and friendly neighborhood with guests who appreciate a relaxed and respectful vibe. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or soak in the sunrise, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. (420-friendly guests are welcome too!)

Nestled in the rolling hills of southwestern Idaho, this high desert campsite offers a breathtaking view of the Treasure Valley. The valley stretches out before you, with its patchwork of green fields, winding rivers, and bustling towns and cities. In the distance, you can see the rugged peaks of the Owyhee Mountains rising up against the blue sky.

The campsite itself is situated on a gravel and dirt leveled site for you to pitch your tent on a level spot, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

As the sun sets, you settle into your camping chair, watching the stars come out one by one. The cool night air is alive with the sounds of crickets and frogs, and you can't help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. at the slowly come alive with the twinkling lights of the towns and cities. You know that you've found a special place here.

In the morning, you wake up to a chorus of birdsong.From here, you can see for miles, and you feel a sense of awe where the beauty of nature and the peace of the countryside come together to create a truly unforgettable camping experience. vastness and beauty of the Idaho countryside.

Located near snake river/Sunnyslope wine country, and golf course.  30 to 45 minutes from Boise but feels like you are away from civilization.  Pet friendly area and no nearby neighbors. Amazing opportunity to s t a r g a z e.  Although there is room for multiple campers, we have limited the reservations to 4 spots.  Drug free!

There are endless off-roading/dirt biking/snowmobiling opportunities out our back door.

The Payette River offers sections from Class 1 to Class 5+ for those interested in kayaking, rafting or tubing.

We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. We have 5 different camping vacations options. 1 cabin to rent. 1 camp trailer on a nice waterfront lot as well as 3 camp sports 1 with water and power hook ups (site. 2 water wheel) and 2 dry camp spots.  we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private.  In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have an easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and  Water tastes really good. 

We just added a 24ft pontoon boat for rent. 

This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the  Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide  to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain.  Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going  Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

Instant book site. It's a short walk to BSU, downtown, the fabulous green belt and much more!  Three sites are available for Class B or small Class C boondockers (dry campers) at this location in downtown Boise. Maximun length is 26 feet. Small side outs ok. This is beautiful property in a park-like setting historical district. You can walk to everything downtown. Water is available to fill your supply tank only. There are no port-o-potties, or hookups. Generators are okay. There's lawn chairs, a picnic table and a BBQ. Non-barking pets are ok on leash only. Sites are numbered 1, 2 or 3. The 132 WEST MAIN ST. property is accessible from the alley. Enter alley from North 1st street. Sites are half way down the alley. It's the lot with the boondocker sign. Discount for longer terms. PLEASE mind your dogs potty!

Little Creek Campground

Property used to be part of the Oregon Trail. Its history also included being a dairy farm and a corn field. Now a pretty yellow house sits on it. This large back field is empty, just waiting for you to park. There’s an outside bathroom- toilet and sink you may use.

Micone Ranch

Hello. My name is Tamara and my husband is Andy. We bought this place in 2022 with the goal of raising animals humanely and providing good food options to purchase at reasonable prices. After moving to Ontario I noticed there are not many good options for nighttime sleep. I fondly remember camping with our kids in a location we named Neverland. We decided we wanted to create that for people. That’s why we joined Hipcamp. We have several sites that range from close to the house and bathroom access to remote in a field with the sounds of the creek to lull you to sleep. To increase safety and aid in positive memory making, only one group is allowed at a time. We have lots of space so whether you are a lone traveler, a family, or a group of friends looking to make memories consider staying with us and our animals. We generally have goats, chickens, and pigs. From July to October we have pheasants. Oh, and we have Cheese, our patrol duck, who wanders and keeps an eye on everything. He loves treats. Our driveway is immediately off Ontario Heights Rd. Google tells people to turn on Grand View Lane. There is no access to our property from that direction. We have a 300-gallon trash bin next to our mailbox that says camp host. Our driveway is immediately across the road from there. The bridge at the entrance to our property is 11' wide, which should allow a standard 8' RV to pass into the property. RV hook up is right off the driveway by the power pole. Ground is in its native form and only gets minimal rain. Some weeds and goatheads may be present.

A small, creek runs through the front of the property year-round. Water is clearer during the winter and spring months. The spots I have cleared in this area are small. I recommend tent camping in this area. It is densely wooded. We have goats in this field; they are shy. We have goat treats available for sale if you would like to feed them.

Oregon has an invasive, poisonous weed called Water hemlock. If you camp in this area, familiarize yourself with this plant so you can avoid it. Camping areas have been cleared of this plant. If you wander along the creek, you will encounter it.

Black Cow Ranch

We are a small ranch. You will see us getting our show horses ready to show or get ready for a cutting, irrigating, feeding cattle or horses and working on the property in any way it needs. Our property is situated on a hill so you will see a beautiful view of Squaw Butte and lots of sunsets.  
Less than 5 miles from BLM land. 

We have a variety of spaces available. For RV's - one gravel drive with 30 amp and water (no sewer dump) 
Other spots without out electrical hook ups. We will help you find the best spot upon arrival. 

Basic Kuna space with full hookups

This is your basic full hook up space (water, sewer, power) that will fit the biggests RV's. 

The property used to be for seasonal farm workers in the area but now have long term tenants.

You will find a couple manufactured homes and a house, and all who live there are very friendly and have lived on the property for many years.

The guy who lives in the house repairs RV's and sells them. You won't find anything fancy here just a functional space with nice neighbors.

Our property is tucked into an agricultural zone, with just one neighbor far from the camping area. We’re only a 5-minute drive from public access to the Boise River for fishing and exploring! You’ll have plenty of space to spread out, whether you’re bringing an RV, trailer, or camper. We can accommodate a second RV/trailer/camper within the same party upon request—just reach out for details.

What We Offer:

• Full hook-ups: (well) water, electric, and dump station

• Spacious sites: Park beneath tall pine, alder, and maple trees with a grassy lawn to enjoy

• Camp amenities: Fire ring for cozy evenings under the stars

We’re in a unique spot—centrally located on the outskirts of three cities, yet peaceful and private. Costco and the hospital are just 5 minutes away, though you’d never guess it from your site.

Seasonal Extras:

• Fresh eggs from our flock of 15+ chickens (and turkey eggs upon request in the warmer months)

• Access to archery targets and our 1,000 sq. ft. garden, depending on the season

Things to Know:

• We’re on a main boulevard, so you may hear passing cars.

• A train passes just three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri). If you’re a train fan, wave at the conductor—sometimes they’ll honk back!

• Wildlife is abundant: foxes, groundhogs, and birds of prey from the largest raptor sanctuary in the U.S. (falcons, golden eagles, and more). Please keep a close eye on small pets, as the area is not fenced.

We affectionately call this area “The Forest” and love sharing it with guests who want to stay, play, relax, and enjoy.

Bonus treat: Each booking includes a complimentary bag of freeze-dried Skittles (plus other surprise goodies we may have on hand).

On the Weiser Under the Water Tower

We are located on the Weiser River, within walking distance of the Country Coffee Cabin Café on Highway 95. The Weiser River Trail, the Post Office, Library, and local Mercantile in the Village of Midvale (Pop. 200) are all just a short walk away.

Our property sits beneath the iconic Midvale Water Tower. There is a public boat launch a short distance from us for access to the Weiser River.

The RV hookup is next to a small fenced fruit orchard/garden designed to keep deer out. You will have a 30 AMP hookup and water—no dump. The nearest dump site is 8 miles away at the fairgrounds in Cambridge, ID.

Every year on Memorial Day weekend, the annual Weiser River Wagon Train and Ride passes through Midvale, camping overnight in the town park with their horses and wagons. In April, there may be a cattle drive right through Main Street, just a block away. In July, the town hosts a Fourth of July parade. Small-town living at its best—quiet, restful, and a great place to stop overnight or stay awhile.

Sweet Pepper Ranch's Glamping Tent

Sweet Pepper Ranch is a horse ranch nestled between a town and country.  We raise mustangs and Quarter Horses and teach the Western discipline of ranch riding. We manage our land in an eco-friendly horse manner--composting/manure management, non-toxic pest control, pasture management with rotational grazing, drought-tolerant native landscaping, mud and dust control, wildlife enhancement, equine enrichment--and more!

We also offer farm tours, RV/LQ parking, and horse motel accommodations.

Guests are invited to enjoy our solar heated pool, outdoor patios, wireless internet, evening bon fires (weather and time-permitting),  horse farm tours (by appointment only, separate fee) and our friendly ranch atmosphere.

Sweet Pepper Ranch is a small-scale horse ranch in the high desert of southwestern Idaho. We are nestled in a rural agricultural setting yet close to stores and conveniences. We raise and train horses and work all day to  exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property.

Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas.

Our beautiful pollinator hedgerow is composed of drought tolerant flowers and offers habitat for native pollinating insects.

Kingswood Ranch

Just 1-1/2 miles from exit 3 off the 84, Kingswood Ranch is not only a stop for weary travelers, but was created to be a haven for our Military and First Responders. We are a 501c3 facility.   We are in the middle of farmland where cows moo and&nbsp;corn grows tall. Just 12 minutes away from Ontario OR. should you need shopping.&nbsp; Walking distance from a working dairy if you ever wanted to see one.&nbsp;We have a 90x130 riding arena, should you be hauling horses yourself and need to let them out. Our horses and dogs are available for petting/grooming should you not have any. Fire pit, outhouse, BBQ and picnic table is onsite. Freeway noise an issue for some.

Butterfield Farms

In the early 1900's three sheep ranchers--August Broderson, James Fisher, and Isaac Leighton--each purchased residential lots in Weiser and built brick homes designed by Idaho architect H. W. Bond. This&nbsp;property, which we named Butterfield Farms, was built in 1915&nbsp;by August Broderson, who emigrated from Germany to the US in 1892. The Broderson family lived here for decades and were a prominent family in Weiser history.&nbsp;Learn more about this land:The campsite is located on our small family-run farm in Weiser, ID. Our 2 1/2 acre historic farm is located in the heart of town, so you have the best of both worlds: easy access to town amenities, and a restful retreat in nature at the end of the day. Grocery store, seasonal farmer's market, coffee shop, eateries, library, and downtown shops are all within easy walking or biking distance. Weiser is known world-wide for its annual fiddle festival in June! Our campsite is within walking or biking distance of all of the Fiddle Week activities. Campsite is located underneath a large shady oak tree. Campers are welcome to use the fire pit when fire bans are not in effect. Electric hookups are located immediately next to the campsite, as well as a non-potable water source. Note that we are located in town and campers are required to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and be courteous of neighbors.
