Enjoy easy ocean and river access for your RV in this south coast community.
At the mouth of the Rogue River on Oregon's gorgeous south coast, Gold Beach offers scenic, sandy beaches and easy access to river fishing and boating adventures. There are a few RV parks in and around town, both off the main Highway 101 drag and slightly inland along the banks of the Rogue, but they can get busy during the peak summer season. Quieter alternatives include private Hipcamps, some of which only take one group of campers or RVers at a time, ideal for those looking for some alone time. If you'd prefer to go the state park route, you'll find year-round RV camping and a dump station at Harris Beach State Park, a short drive south of Gold Beach in the town of Brookings, as well as at Humbug Mountain State Park, north of Gold Beach up Highway 101.
