33 ft fifth wheel
Brad and Jen met us as we arrived and guided us to our spot, which is the middle of a grassy area just behind their home. Sitting between their lovely animals, we spent two nights recovering from a 5 week cross country and through Oregon (twice) and Washington state. It was quiet enough and they have a great picnic area to use.
We are a 33’ fifth wheel and we brought some limbs down as we came into the property. If you are at or larger than 13’3” height, I would speak to either Brad or Jen first to ensure those have been cut back so you can get in and out with damaging your roof or destroying their lovely trees and shrubs. Thanks, guys! We had a great stay with you.

This was our second time at Wild Hare. It is a peaceful place to park our motorhome. I think that the wandering chickens intimated our cats. Again, Brad was helpful. Thanks a lot.

Azalea Grove far exceeds expectations and other Hip Camp experiences. A beautiful forest setting with a creek, pond, meadows and trails but with a proper restroom for that less-than- roughing it experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet place not far from the freeway to unwind, disconnect and reconnect with nature, this is your spot. Highly recommended.

Weekend Trip to Redwood River Retreat
We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Redwood National Park, yet peaceful and quiet. The trailer was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were even the very first guests to stay in it, which made it feel extra special. Cortney and Hiram are wonderful hosts—so kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cute farm a short hop from downtown Jacksonville and the Britt Festival. Parking our RV there and ubering to the festival was a hassle free and affordable alternative to the parking hassles most attendees had to deal with.

Tent camping here was surreal. My fiancé, mother and I stayed here just for the night while on our way to California from Washington and it was lovely. Rebecca was very kind and gave perfect directions for anyone who would struggle getting to the property. They even had lights hung up in the camp sites which gave the whole place an amazing vibe.

The information from the host was clear and we appreciated all of the good communication ahead of time. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the chickens and goats and the rural amazingness of our stay. The only thing that could have made it better for us was the option to add power, but we did well with dry boondocking.

We showed up late and set up camp in the meadow. We didn’t realize there was actually better camp spots back in the trees a little bit until we were already set up. Haha we were so exhausted we fell asleep early and left early. But the bathroom was clean, and the campsite and the host was nice.

Starry Night campsite was beautiful, and so peaceful! The whole Azela Grove area was delightful! We had electricity for our class B van, and enjoyed the showers and bathroom. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Really cute spot that is very nicely maintained! It was a major perk to have access to a private propane BBQ at each sure, a propane fire pit, and a spray hose at our site! Porta potty was clean. Only downside was the insane amount of mosquitos, but of course this isn't the host's fault and she did warn us before we got there. Even after spraying everyone down with tons of bug spray we spent the evening constantly swatting swarms of them away and each woke up with several bites. I also removed a tick off of my child after walking around the foresty areas. There were even several mosquitos landing on us early this morning and during breakfast.
Come prepared!!!!
