Enjoy our private paradise with over 800 feet of riverfront on 17 acres along the banks of the beautiful Ohio River. We have a great landing for fishing, swimming, or kayaking. The sunsets are fantastic and the night sky incredible! Behold the barges passing by on the river as you unwind and relax in the peacefulness of nature! This is a primitive camp with three sites available for you to consider.
Some things to know:
We will provide a key code close to your arrival time so you can enter the gate by the road.
If you are coming by river, we will put a flag on our landing.
You can drive your vehicle right down to the sites.
The farm is flat and easily navigated as long as it is dry.
There will be a 5 gallon cooler of potable water for you to use. More water is available if we are at the property.
We have 2 outhouses located on either end of the property.
Firewood is plentiful by the river. We have some wood under a black tarp by the pavilion fire pit available for an additional fee.
We have one neighbor who can make some noise with ORVs especially on weekends.

This cabin is located directly on land you are allowed to ride your atvs. If you do not own, your own Atv and your you’re looking to add an adventure to your stay. We recommend renting one of our golf carts to explore the backcountry mountain roads with it is the best way to get out and sightsee and explore the area during your stay , we do offer these adventures separately to anyone looking to take a ride not just our guest. you could bring your own atv and pay a $30 daily riding fee , ride as much as you want. The comfy mountain cabin

NOW OPEN !!! This cozy little cabin is located on braaap mountain, its directly on land you are allowed to ride your atvs. If you’re looking to add an adventure to your stay. We recommend renting one of our golf carts to explore the many miles of mountain roads with, it is the best way to get out and sightsee and explore the area during your stay , we do offer these adventures separately to anyone looking to take a ride not just our guest. Message us to schedule a ride. we do allow you to bring your own atv (dirtbike, sxs,4wheeler) and pay a $30 day riding fee , and you may ride as much as you want.
This cabin is very remote and private. It offers beautiful scenery, an amazing deck view of the mountain side ,Wi-Fi, a 4 person hot tub, modern kitchen and bath, very comfortable couch and love seat, a queen sized bed, Wi-Fi and 60inch smart tv located in the living room above the fire place and one in the bedroom.
we also offer other spacious and modern cabins and primitive tent camping sites.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is 11am
We rent to everyone looking to enjoy some time in these beautiful mountains not just riders.
