Joe had been accumulating land in the Genoa, West Virginia, area for several years and had dreamed of building cabins, tree houses and uniquely designed vacation rentals and campsites on a beautiful area called Hampton Ridge. Rv and campers will be accepted upon approval by owner. There are lakes and fishing areas within a short drive and a dirt racetrack right down the road, where they have different derbies and races. currently with 4 campsites ready and more to come. this is a site with bare amenities because we are trying to provide a more "off the grid" feel.
