You'll have privacy and access to the entire cabin and all 5.5 acres of natural beauty. Huge picture windows bathe the cabin in light, a wood burning stove, comfortable furnishings along with light hardwood floors completes the look. Many opportunities for hiking, fishing, and swimming abound. High speed wifi and centrally located, just 12 min into town. 2.5-3 hrs from NYC. Belleayre Mountain Ski Center is an easy 23 minute drive, a great spot to ski or snowboard. Alternatively, Platekill Mountain is a 19 minute drive and offers some good slopes for snowboarding, snow tubing and skiing. 3 nights at The Scandinavian Staycation Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at the Scandinavian staycation cabin! The place was spacious, cozy, and the wood stove was our absolute favorite, it made everything feel so warm and homey. On our last morning, we even got some snow flurries, which totally made our day. Our cat loved hanging out on the stairs too. It was a little chilly at times, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was not only clean and comfortable but also sweetly decorated. It’s clear that a lot of heart and soul was put into the design. The house was also stocked with everything we needed. It was secluded enough for our kids and dogs to run and play outside without worry. And the short drive to the grocery store, shops and restaurants was convenient. Check in and out were seamless. Thank you!

Everything in the home was arranged to be easy to find, clean, and comfortable, and the owner provided clear and helpful instructions for everything we needed.
