Thanks for having us!! I must say your cabin was perfect! Secluded and no neighbors, much room for the dogs to run on your private, well maintained property!
The cabin was extremelyclean and spacious. The wifi worked great and the big TV came in handy for the rainy day. We couldn't have asked for a cozier place to stay. We have paid more in the past for much less in other states. We can't wait to be back and enjoy the summer swims at the natural pool nearby. Thankyou for being an awesome host!! -Nick and Jessi

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! The space was spotless and very well maintained — everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It was the perfect spot to relax and visit with family, with plenty of room to gather and enjoy time together.
The location was great — easy to find right off the highway, yet peaceful and quiet once we arrived. It’s also just a short drive to the Finger Lakes, making it a convenient home base for exploring the area.
We truly enjoyed our stay the past three years and look forward to our next visit!

It was such a treat to stay with Nicole and Jason's quaint cabin! Every detail was charming and incredibly thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We arrived later the normal check in time and were met at the road as the sun was setting to guide us to the cabin, which was a bit removed from the road, but no issue for our compact car given the dry weather. The cabin, despite the crisp October weather, was cozy and warm, with a electricity and a heater we didn't need to use. There was a beautiful fire pit, coffee and cute wheel-thrown mugs, as well as extra blankets, water, and anything else we might have needed to be comfortable (three adults and an 10-month old, who loved the nearby pond, big bull frogs, and beautifully maintained space to explore). We alerted Nicole ahead of time that we would have an extra guest staying with us, and they even put up an additional tent, though a collapsible cot fit well enough inside the cabin. This stay was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return when we are next in the area. Thank you!

Weekend Trip to Rustic Log Cabins Overlooking Senec
We had the best time at the cabins! Clean spacious and quaint. Jackie’s a wonderful host! We can’t wait to return. The only down side was being so close to the road. (There are cabins further back though!)

We loved our time at Bear Creek Haven. The cabin is extremely nice, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Including the bunk beds, there are 4 double beds which theoretically could sleep 8 people. We had a slightly larger crew than that, so some folks put up tents outside or hammocks in the trees. Overall, we were very comfortable. There was even an air conditioner and fans provided in the cabin, most definitely a welcome addition!
The cabin is just a short drive from many wineries and breweries. We checked out Americana Vineyards, Finger Lakes Cider House, Scale House Brewing, and Lively Run Dairy (they have cheese flights, and you can pet goats!) Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
One suggestion I have is improving the directions to be more detailed, we did get a little lost when getting in. Here are the more detailed directions that I sent friends to ensure they could find the cabin: “ Once you are on Pitcher Rd you are basically going to take it to the end and then veer right at the signs. As you are going down the road you will pass the mailboxes on your right, go through the Stone bridge overpass, pass several Amish houses. Go all the way down gravel road, til you get to the signs, turn right and then left to follow bear creek haven trail.”

4 nights at Rustic Log Cabins Overlooking Senec
We had a great stay - the cabins are centrally located for most hikes, only 30 mins from Ithaca 40 mins from Corning. The cabin was spacious, had very comfortable beds, fans and other helpful amenities. The bathrooms are quite nice too. Jackie was a good host, met us at the start and even lent us a few of her own kitchen supplies so we could make eggs and breakfast. Know that you should bring your own grill and cooking supplies, and chairs for around the fire if you want. It’s right off a somewhat busy road and you can hear car’s, but we slept well. We would definitely return.
