'Hearts Desire' is our name for the camping sight of your choice on our organic dairy farm known as Bundy Creek Farm.  Our family has been farming this land since the depression era when our ancestors moved east from California during a drought and were enamoured with our green rolling hills and abundant water resources. In all, this land is the backdrop of the story of five generations of the Murray family.  Through good times and bad, our dairy cows have been the backbone of the farm, grazing on the mostly hillside pastures.  Forages and grains are grown in the valley and hilltops, all surrounded by hardwood forests or wooded swampland; all together encompassing 775 acres of land.  Maple syrup is also often made from our top of the hill sugarbush.  And yes.....a river runs through it.....or actually several creeks....Learn more about this land:Nestled among the rolling hills that are the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, our organic dairy farm is the backdrop for this camping experience.  Tell us what is your 'hearts desire" and we will accommodate you as best as we can on our 800 acres which encompasses hundreds of acres of woodland, pasture and crop land, creeks and a 80 acre navigable swamp (seasonally).  Wildlife abounds with deer, coyotes, turkey, fox, geese, ducks, small mammals and an occasional eagle.  Hike, bicycle, kayak or just chill in the beautiful surroundings.  We are also two miles from the finger lakes trail.  Currently available for tenting only

Camp Earth Connection

Camp Earth Connection is located in the town of Dryden, NY just 12 miles from Ithaca, NY.  Camp Earth Connection offers a relaxing stay with a variety of camping options including Log Cabins, Rustic Cabins and Tent-Sites. Camp Earth Connection is an alcohol and drug free facility, offering guests the opportunity to connect with nature and each other in a serene and beautiful natural setting. The Hammond Hill trail system, which offers hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing connects to the 950 mileFinger Lakes Trail system.  Wildlife is abundant in the area. It is common to hear the Coyotes and Owls throughout the day.  In addition,Mink, Fishers, Bald Eagles, Turkey Buzzards, Porcupines, Raccoons, Skunks, Wild Turkeys, Ravens, Grouse, Red and Grey Fox and an occasional Black Bear are some of the inhabitants of the local forest.

Guests can choose to have some peaceful alone time or be more engaged in our small community during scheduled community campfires, campfire pancake breakfasts or workshops.  Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Camp Earth Connection offers a Community Saturday Morning Campfire Pancake Breakfast.

Camp Earth Connection values Diversity, Acceptance and Community.  It is more than just a campground, it is an experience that can be life-changing.  Guests enjoy making meaningful connections with hosts, guests, family and friends.  In addition they experience the beauty and healing that is provided by this sacred natural environment.  Camp Earth Connection is open to everyone and provides an accepting and safe space for folks who can't always count on that, including the the LGBTQ +, BIPOC and Recovery communities as well as other culturally diverse individuals, families and groups.

Rashid Fields Farm

This is a family farm on 48 acres, with access to hiking the snow mobile trails that run over a couple of hundred miles. We have horses and alpacas to pet and visit, a few sheep and chickens, and a couple of Scottish Highland Cows. Close drive to swimming, hiking, shopping and museums. Away from the city, cozy and country. Come out and visit! Learn more about this land:This is a family farm on 48 acres, with access to hiking the snow mobile trails that run over a couple of hundred miles. We have horses, sheep and cows to pet and visit, a few ducks and chickens, and a rabbits. Parking is at the house, walk in to campsite. If you need help, we will gladly load up the tractor and escort you to the sites.Swimming at a state park/lake is a 5 mile drive, and there are other hiking trails within about a 20 minute drive. You can pitch a tent of your own, or borrow one of ours here by the house, or further out by the creek. Each campsite has a fire pit for your use.Restroom is available just inside the house if needed, and potable water is available via pump or hose outside the house or at the barn. We have a couple of dogs on sight, and we like to visit with folks - let us know if you want to socialize or not and we'll respect that. Your dogs are welcome, but please keep them leashed. Chickens like to run away, and dogs like to chase them. If you are traveling with horses, please contact us! We can provide turn out or possible stalls for you, if your shots are current (proof required). *fees apply depending on requirements.

D&K Ranch

D & K  stands for Dave & Kelly. We are a family run ranch with five wonderful children. We also have had the privilege to house many foster children over the years. During your ride here you will also enjoy the company of interns from around the world.Along with getting to know people and enjoying life, we also have the privilege of working with many wonderful horses. When you come to the Ranch you will also get to meet  Wranglers that will match you with a horse and treat you as part of the D&K family!D&K Ranch is located in the middle of the Finger Lakes National Forest. This Forest is unique to the East due to the fact that it has grazing lands available similar to out West. We have 16,000 acres of National Forest trails to ride. In addition, there are 30 acres of wooded trails at D&K Ranch. Rides at D&K Ranch will be customized to your comfort level. We welcome all guests to learn more about horses during your stay. Riding, grooming and private lessons available. A horse safety will need to be attended before you ride. This cabin has a shared bathroom with hot water and lights, however it is off the grid so we do have a charging station at the shared kitchen.
