Located In upstate New York is this hidden gem. This camper was old school, now turned new. With a full renovation to give it a Scandinavian look in the front, and a cozy cabin feel in the bedroom. This will give you a unique experience different from the normal camper your used to! Also at your campsite there is a firepit, garden hose,(not available during the winter)and a 8x8 hammock perfect to stargaze in! We are now offering kindling firewood with fire starter and matches. Feel free to reserve your own firewood. $10 *PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING* I want to be transparent with you guys on the property and size of the camper! -The camper is very small only 21ft. The average height clearance is 6'2" so if you are tall this may not be for you. (I'm 5'9" and its comfortable for me) -If you are a bigger person this may feel too tight for you especially in the bathroom area -The bed is a full size some couples may feel that this is to small for them. -A hot shower will last about 15 minutes once it is heated up. -In the summertime there is bugs some may get into the camper. We do treat the area with safe bug spray but it may not fully prevent them. -There are two other tiny houses and a main house on the property. They are far apart but the main house is close. We have a privacy fence that fully blocks the house. So you are still very private but you are not fully secluded. -In case of fire There is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, and a smoke/carbon monoxide detector inside the camper. The bedroom door is only to be used as an emergency fire exit. (Door is locked from the outside but unlocked from the inside) There is also a water cannon outside for outdoor fires. Please be responsible with all fires! -If you want to cancel you must cancel within 24 hours of booking then I will issue a full refund. Any time after that its a strict policy and no refund will be issued. Thank you for reading this I want to make sure everyone is aware and knows what to expect. SMALL CABIN AND GLAMPING TENT The small cabin is 10x12 feet with huge deck and outdoor kitchen. Inside is a queen bed loft bed, a wood stove, a couch, and a desk/table. The glamping tent features a queen bed and wood stove and sit about 100 feet from the cabin. Our campsite is approximately 2 hours from George Washington Bridge. This property is 45 acres of beautiful forest with 2000 feet of streamfront on the Mombaccus Creek where you can hang out and cool off on those hot summer days. Minutes from hiking, fishing and horse-riding and everything great about the Catskills. Rough Cut Brewery is a 10 minute drive with amazing beers and food when you don't feel like cooking at the campsite. 25 minutes to the action in New Paltz, 10 minutes to Walmart and 5 minutes to the Kerhonkson Diner, gas station, laundromat, pharmacy, liquor store etc.

Stayed solo for 3 days and 2 nights in one of the tiny house..really chill spot. Host was nice. The land’s natural and rustic, not fancy but pretty. Kitchen, bathroom, and shower are outside and shared with others (different but fine). Cute animals and fresh eggs for sale. There’s a bike trail with a lake right across the road! perfect for a ride. Tried Threshold and Innes nearby, 30min ish ride..both were solid. Overall, a laid-back solo escape in nature.

This place is really cool! It’s nothing like a normal campground, there are out door kitchen areas that are shared and stocked with everything you could need equipment-wise. There is a beautiful pond, a working sauna, and a free use outdoor clawfoot tub, an amphitheater with a stage for events, and so much more. Dogs are allowed off leash so they can roam somewhat freely along the property as long as they are well behaved. There is a barn with a shop on the property where you can pick up meats, eggs, etc all handled through cash or Venmo transactions all honor system based. The property is huge so you don’t feel like you are on top of other people at all and each site has its own picnic table, fire pit and firewood stock. This is a place that you can tell reuses, repurposes, and up cycles what they can and they have done an amazing job making it feel cool and laid back. Our least favorite part were the outhouses (bathrooms) because they are pit style bathrooms, no flushing toilets. Nonetheless, I would recommend anyone to come check this place out. Josh was super nice and always available by text if needed. Highly recommend

Total paradise. The water is clear and refreshing and the cabin adds convenience without taking away from the beautiful scenery. Very private, lots to do and explore on the property and also within a very short drive. It was hard to leave and we can’t wait to return.

We loved staying at the Outlier Inn. We rented the Vintage Trailer for a couple of nights. It was the perfect size for a small family of four. Stunning grounds, spacious, and quiet. Josh was a great host, making sure everything in the trailer was set and we had everything we needed. If any guest had a question or needed assistance, Josh was on it immediately. What we liked most about this place is that each 'cabin' is unique. The communal kitchens are equipped with all you need, and the outdoor showers were a refreshing surprise. A great place, whether you are a couple or a group of 20, the Outlier Inn can accommodate everyone. cannot wait to plan the next trip.

The land was beautiful and the camper was well stocked and clean. Very nicely renovated. Loved the net out front where it was beautiful to star gaze and night and watch birds during the day. Very close to great hikes and an amazing bakery (Catskill mountain bakery & market). Had a great time! Would def recommend!

We loved staying at Tree Day Weekend! The cabin is cozy and the loft bed was super comfy. The outdoor kitchen was great and made cooking super easy, both on the gas stove and on the fire. Add in a hot shower and refreshing swimming hole, and it's a perfect glamping situation.

Beautiful multi-layered property with fantastic views and sightlines abounding. Great tent-site choices and firepit with picnic table overlooking the falls are special. Cabin is small but well worth spending time in for a little deep woods lounging. Immediate surroundings are pretty limited for paddling but teem with hike possibilities of all challenge levels. The nearby drive along 23A to 32A is spectacular. Ethan is responsive for sure and sounds like a great dude. Truly feel the only experience that can be had at the Falls is utter, peaceful thrill.

An absolutely beautiful piece of property! The cabin is not for sleeping but it was great to have when we got hit with some rain and for storing food. Very private. This is one of the sites I hate to leave a good review for!! I want to be selfish and keep it all to ourselves! This spot was amazing. The waterfall lulled us to sleep each night. It was just the two of us (and two dogs) but there is lots of space for larger groups. There was some 4-wheel activity on the road, but the site is private and we were never disturbed or bothered. Ethan and Karen have thought of lots of little touches to make the experience better. We always park in/pack out but they had a nice setup to cook with over the firepit, a port-a-potty and a place to escape the rain if necessary. We had a bad thunderstorm and they were so nice to check on us! Their communication was great. The beauty of this site is breathtaking.

6 nights at Tree Day Weekend

We had such a peaceful and restorative stay here. The campsite, the cabin, all of the amenities, the trails, etc. are beautifully designed with a lot of thoughtful touches. It feels very special and welcoming! The kitchen setup, the outdoor shower, and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs definitely elevated the camping experience. Our dogs had a great time exploring the woods, and we felt very comfortable letting them roam around with us. Last thing I'll gush about: the ever-present sound of the creek is unbelievably soothing. Highly recommend this site if you want a place to disconnect and unwind in nature...with a convenience store a short drive away :-)
