2 nights at Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt
Brought my girlfriend here as a little surprise trip for her bday and she absolutely loved it!! I was a little nervous about the weather but it ended up being so cozy inside the Yurt with the snowfall outside. Such a nice and relaxing stay with wonderful hosts that accommodates to all of your needs. Was so relieving to be able to pack nice and light and just hangout. We had everything we needed! Awesome hosts and a an awesome place. Ed made sure we had plenty of wood the entire time and was always available if we needed anything!

Such a beautiful place for glamping! Took my boyfriend here since he’s never gone camping and this was a perfect “camping lite” experience. The bed was so comfy and had plenty of blankets for late October - and we also utilized the Mr Heater that was provided and we were plenty warm. Definitely want to come back for more than one night!

Cabin D was so sweet and charming. We watched the sunset over the field and in the morning watched the field brighten as the sun rose through the woods behind us.
There was a small heater available, but we didn't use it. The cups, silverware, cloth napkins and coffee and coffee put were a perfect touch. I did bring my favorite sleeping bags (zipped together) so we were warm when we woke up to 36°F in the morning, but I am sure the blankets provided would have been just as cozy.
It was so wonderful to be able to watch the world through so many windows. I will definitely be back in the future!

Weekend Trip to Runamuk Farm
We had a fantastic weekend away on our first glamping experience! We stayed in Cabin D! It was quiet and secluded and the views were amazing! The cabin was clean and cozy! We appreciated the “extra’s” that were provided As well. We highly recommend visiting Runamuk Farm in the Woods! 😀

Such a lovely spot on a farm in the woods! The tiny house had plenty of blankets and a very comfortable mattress so getting out of the bed when it was 36 degrees was quite difficult.
Our dogs loved running around the field just off the front porch of the house. Such a joy seeing them be so happy. :)
We will definitely be back and hopefully with some friends in one of the other tiny houses.

We’ve stayed at this farm twice now and both times were so lovely and such a unique experience! Bonnie is always very accommodating. We’ve stayed at sites B and D and they are both beautiful and cozy. The view and atmosphere is amazing, and the little bedrooms are extremely cozy with plenty of warm blankets. I’m sure we will be back again sometime :)

We had a great weekend at Runamok! The cabin was beautiful and so clean. The view was unbeatable with the sunrise and sunsets over the mountains especially this time of year with the leaves starting to change colors. We stayed three nights and there were some nice essentials to help us make dinner each night (grate to put over the fire, gas burner to boil water, silverware set). The space was private and our dog loved being off leash with room to roam without worrying about him getting near the other cabins. Would love to come back!

Rick and Ed are the most gracious hosts I have ever met! They have such a beautiful sustainable farm and you would never expect the impeccable treats and food that was delivered by hand to our yurt! Just amazing!! And I cannot say enough about the goats! It was an amazing experience and I totally fell in love with all the goats (especially Audrey Hepburn and Iris) and Rick’s gentle demeanor!! The yurt was awesome and we had a blast. It may be off grid but so comfortable and welcoming! We took the goatie herd for a beautiful walk. I cannot say enough about the farm!! It was perfect!! I will definitely be booking again for next year!! It’s a must!!
