Fox Hollow Salmon River Camping

Just a great location to go Salmon fishing or kick back & relax.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent 5 minutes from the Salmon River, take a short walk & start fishing in the summer (June, July, August) for Small Mouth Bass,  Atlantic Salmon, or a summer run Steelhead. September & October world class King & Coho Salmon, mid October thru May is Steelhead fishing. In just a short 10 minute drive you can visit the Salmon River hatchery & 5 minutes up the road from there is the Salmon River Falls.

We set up our tent on the pond peninsula and it was stunning!

One 30amp and a 110v receptacle may be available for $10 extra per night. A small cabin with air mattress may also be available but please check availability first and bring your own bedding and linens. Don't forget the bug spray. In warmer weather the bugs can be quite brutal.

 This location receives approximately 300 inches of snow per year starting anytime around October through March. Site is available for camping from April or May through the first snowfall. Typically in late October or November. Seven miles South is the Redfield Reservoir with public boat launches great fishing swimming kayaking Etc. No animals allowed without prior permission and must have tick treatments.

This is the largest site, available along the far side of the creek, ideal for larger groups. 

Creekside Forest at Snow Ridge

Snow Ridge operates as a ski resort in the winter months. In the summer, it's a beautiful piece of property ripe for exploring!

This beautiful forest grove sits along side a babbling brook at the base of Snow Ridge Ski Resort! Easily accessible from the main road, but set back far enough for privacy. A quick walk to bathrooms with wi-fi on site. An 18 hole disc golf course and cement skate ramp are available on site. Mountain biking and hiking trails are coming soon! 

There are three distinct sites that allow for plenty of space and give you the option to choose the site that best suits your needs!

On the near side of the creek, this is the first of two sites that sit right along the water. 

On the near side of the creek, this is the second site that sits right along the water.

On the near side of the creek, this site is on the edge of the trees and sits back from the water a bit. Though you still aren't more than 20 steps or so from the creek!

We have gorgeous green scenery with amazing sunrises and sunsets. We are located perfectly between the Thousand Islands and the  Adirondacks oswegatchie River flows into the st. Lawrence Seaway Valley basin. We Do seasonal activities such as spring planting gardening with activities for families children possibly have the opportunity to be their own Johnny or maybe plant a pumpkin seed in the spring and come back and pick it in the fall. We have a local Winery we are located near several harbors state land and a state park within walking or biking distance. We have several areas where you can access the water boat launches.
