Once an historic granary, this building and property was converted for use as a family home and organic homestead. We raise poultry for meat and eggs and have a large raised bed system of vegetables and bramble fruits for preserving. Quiet spots with nearby parking make this a unique camping experience. Picnic table and small fire ring for campfires. Catch some fireflies and gaze at the stars without city lights....it's time to relax!

Park your camper or RV in one of the private garden areas amid organically raised berries, vegetables, laying hens and other farm occupants! Each roomy campsite has a picnic table and small fire ring. Organic eggs for breakfast when available (the hens decide!).  Our farm began as a granary in 1875,  and in 1984 we began to renovate it into a home and sustenance farm.   Close to Point Breeze and sport fishing on Lake Ontario, canoe and boat rentals on Oak Orchard River, antique shops, farmer's markets and the Erie Canal.  Less than 1 hour to Niagara Falls!

Cherry Hill Campground

Our beautiful campground was developed with the idea that you can be close to nature and rough it a little but still have the convenience of hot showers and flush toilets. We are located close to attractions but you will be surrounded by trees and birds and flowers after your busy day having fun.

Wild Life Heaven

This is one of the oldest farms in Western New York. Main house was built in 1830. It was an apple orchard and crop farm until 1940's. Now it is 100 acres of wildlife habitat with a creek running through the property and a pond. 17 acres is field. Because we are 2 miles from Irondequoit National Wildlife Refuge, the variety of birds, and other animals is mind bogling.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent, or stay in the guest house.  - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1000 ft. long).

This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on Booking.com or AirBnB. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

We are close to stores,gas stations and restaurants! 12 minutes from Letchworth State park and 17 minutes from Conesus lake! Come and relax stay awhile!
