We welcome you to be a part of the process from inception picking up a skill or two along the way as you share your worth and expertise! You're always welcome and we appreciate your interest! Learn more about this land: We're pretty rough at the moment yet have 1/3 acre of raw land to pitch a tent or boondock on. If your interested in building a micro community we're looking for longer term stayers and can offer a type of grant program for space in exchange for your sweat equity donated to the project. Easy access with only an hour drive from Albuquerque and Santa Fe. LONG-TERM STAYS - longer than 2 weeks - should contact host through the "Contact Host" button below for long term rates. Sites #1-6 include FULL HOOKUPS - water, sewer, electric. ELECTRIC HOOKUP IS 50A ONLY, so be sure that you have an ADAPTOR with your rig requires 30A or 15A. Site #7 is WATER AND ELECTIC (30amp) only. For some reason, Google Maps is showing an old view, with a building present in the photo which is not present. Our sites are located on the north side of Pinon Street between 2nd and 3rd street, across the road from the village park. The RV sites are on the west end of the property with a yellow house and green metal roof.
