I inherited the ranch from my mom who inherited from her dad and we have used it for recreational and hunting purposes it is very fun in the summertime I inherited the ranch from my mom who inherited from her dad and we have used it for recreational and hunting purposes it is very fun in the summertime!!!!!

This is a 355-acre ranch it has been used by my family for recreation and hunting it is perfect for hiking mountain biking and driving around on an ATV or horseback with provided trails! There is also a little River flowing year-round and a couple of perfect swimming holes! The road to sites in the canyon are extremely rough a high clearance vehicle and 4x4 is recommended, also any camper past 18" is not recommended at these sites. Site's 1, 3, and 8 and 7 are ideal for camping trailers 30" or larger.

Fire ban is in effect propane grills and fire pits are permitted.

The river that runs through the property is gorgeous!

Agua de Vida

This charming land has been in the family since my husband was a young boy. The Indian ruins and artifacts fascinated him then and he is still happy to share this history with whoever shows an interest. With all the improvements made by his father and family through the years, you will also learn to have a love for the history and beauty here on this unique 30-acre treasure. You can explore Native American ruins that were inhabited by some 2,000 people between 700-1100 AD. The grounds are wonderful to walk with a little lake which draws elk, deer, hawks, blue herons, etc.
Easy to access just 3 minutes off I-25. We are 5 minutes away from the Pecos Natl Monument and 15 minutes away from the Pecos River with plenty of great fishing spots…Visit Santa Fe (20-minute drive) or Las Vegas (30-minute drive) with dozens of restaurants, museums, art galleries, etc.

Deep mountain pines with river frontage and views of Hermits Peak. Many private and public trails. Community bathroom, shower. We allow pets. However we do have chickens, ducks, goats, pigs and horses. If your dogs haven't been around such animals, we ask that you keep a leash on them and not allow them to roam without supervision. 

If you suffer from nature deficit disorder or need some digital detoxing, this is the place for you

DIRECTIONS: DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS!. It will get you lost. Follow hwy 65 all the way past the hot springs and up the mountain. After mm 12, stay to the right of the Y. Between mm 13 and 14 on the right there is a mailbox with green gate and large log home, come through that gate.
