We live on 11 acres of high desert filled w Juniper trees, cholla cactus and bunnies. Learn more about this land: Our straw bale house is very close by the camper so we can help with questions and ideas of where to explore in the Abiquiu area. This area is full of fascinating history and amazing natural geological/ancient places to hike into. Full moon nights and dark sky star watching is almost taken for granted here. slow wifi available..good if you plan on using a hotspot on your phone.  A good time and place to disconnect. The road up is a bit rough but easy if you do not mind going slow no matter what you drive.
