We often hold ranch sorting events and training. So we provide a few 30A RV outlet for visitors. There is hydrant available to fill up your freshwater tank. Not a full hookup as you expected in campground. We also provide RVs for rent or rooms in the house. The entire farm is flat with plenty parking space. The entrance may look like a narrow long driveway, the parking lot behind building is huge, even for big truck to make U-turn.

The camper can sleep up to 4, where the second bed is created from the seating area. There is a beautiful city view over the bay that can be seen from the seating area. All linens are provided. A fridge to keep your drinks ice cold, a BBQ, 2 beach chairs with umbrella, a cooler, and a coffee maker with coffee, are all yours to enjoy and are included free in the rental! We also have two surfboards available to rent for an extra fee. Guests have access to a private toilet, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day on the beach or shredding the surf. Fishing, and the most amazing city view sunsets are just a 1 minute walk up the block to the bay park. Quality Wifi is included.The Atlantic ocean, the beach, concession stands, and our wonderful new boardwalk are just a few short blocks away, a 4 minute walk. Great neighborhood restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Rent a surf board and hit of the surf beaches or just head to the beach to relax. Perfect for couples or a small family getaway, come and enjoy this vintage camper, and all that this beach town has to offer!

Bring your own campervan or stay in one of ours -- enjoy swimming, paddling, and tubing on the river, or hiking and mountain biking through our trails. We're located in rural, outdoorsy South Jersey, and while our property is only 1 acre, we're surrounded by trails, trees, and right on a National Wild and Scenic River. During the warmer months, the Great Egg Harbor River is one of the best birding spots in the U.S., and is fantastic for kayaking, river tubing, and fishing. You'll be able to use our rope swing, star-gaze while laying on the 6-person hammock, and cook on the fire pit. We're also walking distance from miles and miles of hiking, mountain biking, ATV-ing, and horseback riding trails for adventurous afternoons. Drop in your kayak at Penny Pot park and kayak straight our property, or leave from our dock and get picked up 5 miles down at Weymouth park. Spend an hour tubing down our river and walk right back to camp with a 15 minute walk in the woods, then do it all over again! The town of Hammonton (the "Blueberry Capital of The World") is just 15 minutes away, and has a super cute downtown where you can find awesome shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries. The beaches in Atlantic City are only 30 minutes out, and Philadelphia is 45 minutes by car or 1 hour by train. Local grocers like Bagliani's, or large stores like Walmart and Shoprite are located within a 10-15 minute drive. Gas stations, a WaWa, and three restaurants can be found within a 5-8 minute drive. Experience a relaxing weekend out in the woods and by the water, while staying close to amenities and other fun outings. If you bring your own Van, Schoolie, Trailaer, or mid-sized RV, we have 30amp and 15amp hookups available in our driveway. All trash brought into or created on site must be packed out when you leave.

The Terry is an adorable vintage 1970’s camper nestled in the back secret garden area of Marina 59, a marina on the bayside of Far Rockaway filled with creative structures, beautiful boats and wonderful wildlife. The RV has a fold out full size bed that cozily fits 2, and a banquet table that can also transform into a smaller bed if needed. There is a new, powerful AC, and there is WiFi. The bathrooms, with large comfortable showers, are a quick walk away at the Marina entrance. Your rental includes a parking pass in the marina lot and a clicker to come and go as desired. Outside the doors, there’s a decent super market, a Dunkin’ Donuts, and a gas station. The beach is only three blocks away. We are close to JFK airport, super convenient, but you will hear some plane traffic overhead. We're the perfect spot to stay if you have a layover and want to head to the beach. I've opened a shipping container store, it's powered by solar panels and is right by the bathroom, stop in and check us out! A perfect retreat for surfers, sun lovers, bird watchers and anyone who loves to enjoy all that Rockaway has to offer. And it’s an easy breezy subway / bus / ferry / drive away from the city!
