HORSES WELCOME!  Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day.  There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay.  We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.  It can easily sleep six people.  If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area.  The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in.  This is a sanctuary for our animals.  We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies).  By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals.  We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks.  There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores.  If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles.  We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.  We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you.  So please come, stay at our farm and relax.  We are here year round.

You can also see all of our listings if you click our name (logo.) 5. What's the history of the ranch? The property is a horse stable and animal rescue for two decades. Local students take weekly horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and other activities. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool that's sold yearly. 6. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests here, not people walking in off the street. 7. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. Weekend Trip to Huck and Buck Farm Sanctuary

This was a fantastic experience and the tiny cabin was exceptionally cozy and so cute with sparkling lights, heaters, fire pits, and hot tub. Andrea's farm tour was incredible, I wish I lived closer as to visit more and help with the chores! Very eye-opening, they care about their animals so much and care for the community, which all in all made it a great bday trip :) Our dog was so excited seeing the animals, who were all so sweet and made us immediately want to get into the farming business! Weekend Trip to Countryside Horse Farm

What a fabulous time it was on this farm. I went in December so it was a bit cold. The owner was was very kind. She had already put a space heater in there and warms it up for me. If you don't like the cold then do not go in the cooler months but you ABSOLUTELY should go in the 3 other seasons. I loved meeting the horses and waking up to the sounds of a rooster. On the way out to this farm I saw a few other farms. I saw the biggest bald eagle I've ever seen in my life as well as peacocks. All this in NJ. This was an amazing experience.

Oh my gosh....What an absolutely fabulous little gem this tiny house is! Lovely and clean, with a microwave , fridge, heat and AC, and coffee maker. A cozy fire pit is nearby as is a hot tub surrounded by twinkling lights. Andrea was such a super helpful hostess and genuinely nice getting me set up. And of course , it was fun to go visit the goats and farm animals. It was just the getaway I needed and I will definitely be back! 😃🐐🐖🐎🐈🐕🐄🔥❤️

Great, easily accessible place. Dog friendly a huge plus with fenced area to roam. Host is very friendly and checked in during our stay how we were doing. Highly recommended if you are in the area! Cabin even in fall/winter has space heater and holds heat well.

We had such a GREAT TIME at Great Times Camp! Bathrooms and parking are a short walk away from the cabins. The camp is private and quiet with plenty of room for our large group. Will was helpful and prompt with answering any questions. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place with fantastic hosts!!! I stayed in the tiny cabin with friends for two nights. It was TINY and absolutely heavenly. It's the attention to detail that made this a true luxury glamping experience. The bathroom, oh the bathroom!! Best campground bathroom I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). Our host, Andrea, was genuine, beyond gracious, super knowledgeable, and generous with her time. She showed us all around the farm and shared their story since the inception of the property. I have so much adoration, admiration, and respect for these guys. Between the fresh eggs and meat, interactions with the animals, the garden, firepit, and hot tub, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I give Huck and Buck a 10/10 and can't recommend it enough for car glamping. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

They saw to our every comfort: from providing wood for the campfire to clean bathrooms with fresh towels daily and even bacon! Make sure you ask for the Farm tour. We will definitely return. 4 nights at Jail Cell- Glamping Experience!

The location is dreamy. It’s just minutes from Ocean City’s beaches, but the real magic is in the “jail cell” concept. The host nailed the theme without sacrificing comfort. The cell’s interior felt like a playful prison set, but with real amenities: a comfy queen bed, climate control (heat/AC), mini fridge, and even a smart TV stocked with apps and movies. Check-in was smooth (4–9 pm), and the host’s communication was prompt and friendly. They clearly thought through every detail — from the iron bars and faux cell door to the clever décor touches that made you smile. There’s no early check-in or late checkout, but that’s a small tradeoff given how unique the stay is. The surrounding grounds feel peaceful and private, adding just the right contrast to the playful “prison” interior. You’re close enough to town for restaurants, the beach, and shopping, but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings and starry skies.

Had a blast with a bunch of friends. Decent size piece of land with a lake/pond. We used 2 cabins. Plenty of picnic tables to use. Bathrooms are only a short walk from the cabins. Will was very accommodating. I'm sure we will be back.

I recently spent a weekend at Great Times Camp Ground through Hipcamp, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and totally immersed in nature—yet with every comfort I needed. What stood out: • Peaceful & Scenic Setting The campsites are nestled in beautiful woods, with plenty of privacy. Waking up to birdsong and filtered sunlight through the trees immediately recharged me. • Well-Kept Grounds & Amenities The entire site is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Paths are easy to find, sites are level and spacious, and facilities (restrooms, water points, etc.) are all in good shape. It strikes a great balance: rustic enough to feel like real camping, but convenient enough to feel comfortable.

I had an amazing time “Glamping” here! The host is so sweet and friendly. The cabin was clean and perfectly cozy and the facility was super well taken care of. 2 nights at Spacious Skies Country Oaks Campground

Great campground and friendly tenants. We weren’t there for the amenities such as an arcade and swimming pool. The owner is very friendly and runs a nice place to stay for a few days. We will definitely recommend and return ourselves. My only wish is that the cabins were a little bigger. Since this was the first time my wife went camping we left late the second night rather than stay til morning. Our dog, not a people/animal dog, was a bit of a pain too.
