Greenwood Acres

We purchased our acreage in 2016 from extreme hoarders. Somehow we were able to look beyond all the junk, inside and out, and see the potential of this property. We have been fixing it up mostly on our own and it's still not perfect but we are proud of all the work and progress we’ve made so far!

The front part of our property is where we have our our house and garden area. Help yourself to a few garden goods. You will also find our shop building in which we operate our turf sale and installation business. 

We also have chickens that live near our house and they are free range. If you believe your pet(s) may hurt them, please keep an eye on your pet(s) and leash them if necessary.

On the back of our property is where you will find all our Hipcamp sites. There is a swimming and fishing pond with lots of fish, frogs and other water creatures, all safe to swim with. We are on migration path of many birds you may encounter during your stay, like; blue heron, cranes and ducks. 

During the warm months help yourself to the beach toys, paddle board, kayak and paddle boat. We simply ask you care for them like you would your own. 

Relax on any of the hammocks throughout our property. There is also a large playground area close to our house. Your kids are welcome to play on!

Enjoy some time on the hammocks and listen to the chorus of the birds.

This custom designed glamping lodge was a dream of mine for a long time. I wanted a place to go to unwind and be with one with nature. But! wanted it close to town so I do not have to travel far and still be close to the city attractions.
The lodge backs up to a large hill--called the Loess Hills. Many deer, raccoon, possum and turkey call it home and so does a few pets of mine to include a mini horse and goat. They just love being adorned by new people. I think you will find this a perfect place for a good nights sleep.

Omaha Campsite

Small family campground (35 feet or less in length) near Omaha Nebraska with interstate access (I-80, Exit 426) offering extended stay site availability.  Rural setting offers peace and quiet at the end of the day and a campground tailoring to the traveling professional.

NO concrete all natural pull-thru sites with limestone roads.  50/30/20Amp service and water at all sites with weekly tank dumps if needed.

Main camping alcove.  Big enough for a couple small tents, a large glamping tent or a tear drop trailer.

Rock Creek Retreet Center

We have a very cool .5 mile nature trail that goes through an amazing tree line leading back to a viewing area with an amazing, magical giant Cottonwood Tree.  Just completed a meditation labyrith that you'll want to catch around the time of a sunset! We also have chickens, horses, cats and dogs to visit while you are here.  There is also an orchard, creeks, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets to enjoy!  Not to mention the beautiful night sky!

(Please note: The horses we foster are here August - May.  They spend the summer at a non-profit kids camp in Ashland.)

We also have a picnic table and campfire site for your use.

Hard to describe.  Must see and experience our nature trail in person.

City Explorers Stampede

Welcome adventurers, inner city adventures await you! We are centralized right in the heart of the city, close to many must see attractions. Kayak (2 person) rental is available. Firepit, charcoal grill and a telescope (by request) are avilailable. Additional add on services are offered if one should enjoy Reiki, card readings and or a homemade warm breakfast ($8-10 per depending on meal). Magill Farms

This property is 110 acres all together. We have cattle that do visit the pastures but can be excluded if need be. Nice rolling hills with Oak Savannas in the low areas. Lots of great native wildlife and plants that bloom from early spring through late summer. In the Fall the leaves are amazing.

Example of the best spot for parking an RV if expecting rain or snow. This site is the only RV spot with an electrical hook up and a water spigot very close by. Very well lit at night time. The cows are your audience!
