Forest, meadow, and a delicious mountain range view....this property feels secluded with one residence besides ours in view, yet is only a few hundred yards off of Hwy 93. Easily accessible whether you're a cycler or RVer. Our acreage is smack dab on an elk route from water to the hills, so when they are using this route, we see them every few days. Deer, coyotes, eagles, hawks and owls are frequent guests, with occasional drop-ins by wolves, moose, and bears. We are mid-build on our home and have a lively family and dog. The two RV spots are about 25 yards from our house, so be aware we will all be sharing the space, to a degree. There is plenty of space for your dog(s) to run. We should communicate to let our dogs meet, but if they get along, no leashes needed. Many summer nights we host bonfires and music, but we're not too wild; things will quiet down around 11 p.m. Water and electric are solid; wifi from the house may reach you. Black and gray water dumping is available for a fee. We are mere minutes from many local lakes, 25 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from Eureka, 2 minutes to a gas station, 45 minutes from Whitefish, and about 70 minutes from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park.

Learn more about this land: We have a level field with water and power hookups. The door of your camper will open to a magnificent view of Columbia Mountain. A fire ring will be provided and wood bundles are available on site for a small fee. Surface is mostly level, but may require minor leveling. Wheelchairs are welcome, but the site is not paved. You will be 3 miles from downtown Columbia Falls, 2 miles from two different fishing access sites on the Flathead River and 17 miles from West Glacier. Come stay with us and enjoy all Montana has to offer. Electrical hookup has been upgraded to a 50/30/20 AMP service. There is water hookup but NO SEPTIC.

We loved our stay here! Huge driveway / lot so it is very easy to navigate. Easy to get hooked up. Owner is lovely & has a large fenced in area right next to the rv spots that our pups enjoyed running around in. 15 mins to glacier entrance / going to the sun road (must see). Would stay again. We had a wonderful week stay at Bullwinkle RV Site 1. It's an ideal location to serve as a basecamp to explore in and around Glacier National Park. The site and property is very well maintained. We had a fantastic stay at Dan's , it was so close to glacier national Park and having Cole hookup was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here if anybody's looking for a close spot to the park, a quiet place to camp, and great people to have conversations with.

Dan’s property is very nice! Plenty of room for our large 5th wheel. Very nice fenced yard for our dog to run around in. The highlight is how close you are to Glacier NP, Hungry Horse Dam and Hiking Trails. Thanks for a great stay :)

Weekend Trip to 760 Bravo Site

Loved this place! So peaceful and quiet, I really relaxed. We even stayed an extra day. The hosts are lovely. Quickly reachable when you needed information or had questions and good to chat with. They also had great recommendations of things to do in the area. The space is located in farmland, mostly hay as far as I could tell (I have no experience on farms though). The RV space is covered in gravel and surrounded by grass and other vegetation. This area could be spruced up a bit (cutting the grass down even though it probably grows back quickly). You don't always get full hook-ups on Hipcamp. This was only our 2nd where all 3 were available (both 30 & 50 amps too) and that was definitely a big plus. Obviously, the big attraction in this area is Glacier National Park. This Hipcamp is very close to the West Entrance which made it really easy to get to. We only had about a 1/2 hour wait in line for our 1:00 entry ticket to Going-to-the Sun road. The drive on this road was absolutely spectacular! There are many other places to go within the park too. On our host's suggestion we went out the East side on the way back, which was no longer than taking the GTS-road again to get back to the West entrance. We did avoid the crush getting out of the park. The only negative was that there's no garbage pickup in the farm area, so you need to drop off your garage at the local dump. It's about 3 miles away. Would stay again!

This is the best hip camp site I’ve been to. Dan was extremely helpful and had a world of knowledge about the area and the best way to take advantage of it. His site was very well maintained and easy to get into and out of when your trip was over. The rig I took there was a 40’ Toy Hauler Fith Wheel trailer and a 34’ bumper pull trailer. Lots of room.
