A fire pit down by the creek is a wonderful way to wind down after a day of exploring. The parcel will be divided between our private residence and the camping area. Leaving the property we are 2 min from popular mountain biking/hiking trails, 5 min from downtown, and 10 min from the entrance to Hylite Canyon. I've been at this for 15 years. Please ask questions before booking. Sneaking your dog(s) in doesn't work. We live on 40 acres of my husband's grandfather's original 160 acre homestead. We are the only ones still farming. They rest of the family have either sold off their land for big bucks or have built homes on it. A supply of fresh water and ice (in an ice chest), coffee/tea/cocoa/cider is provided as well as dishes and cookware. An indoor-safe small propane heater is provided for cool evenings and a battery-operated fan for warmer nights. Solar-powered and battery-operated lighting is provided.
