Sugar Shack Disc Golf Campground

1 site · Tent10 acres · Battle Creek, MI
Many years ago, this property thrived as a bustling orchard. Today, as you wander through, you might just stumble upon one of the few remaining fruit trees, a sweet reminder of its history. Discover More About This Land: Welcome to your own private, wooded paradise! Your campsite comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a picnic table, fire ring, solar lights, charcoal grill, and a screened tent. Less than a mile away, you’ll find Waubascon Lake, perfect for fishing or paddling with its public boat launch, and the scenic Bedford Golf Course. Get ready for some serious fun with our private 18-hole disc golf course right on the property. If that's not enough, there are plenty of other courses nearby to explore! When night falls, an open area near your campsite offers breathtaking star-gazing opportunities. While the camp lacks water and electricity, we've got you covered with water available behind the garage and an outhouse at the site. Small and mid-size vehicles can drive back to the site without any trouble. For your convenience, Bedford Market and Dollar General are just a half-mile away, making it easy to grab food, drinks, and supplies. 🔥 Bonus Perk: Firewood is included with your rental, so you can enjoy cozy campfires every night. Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Note: This site is typically blocked for Battle Creek Motorcycle Club events due to the noise level, but if you’re up for some disc golf, MX, and a ton of fun, drop us a message, and we can unblock the site for you. Check out more about their events here. Come and create unforgettable memories in this charming, nature-filled retreat!

BlackBerry Family Ranch

3 sites · RVs, Tents34 acres · Grant, MI
We have had the best campers, leaving such wonderful reviews, so we are sad to say that our local township sent us a letter saying we are zoned for rural residential land and not for commercial, that we can no longer have campers here. None of our camping sites can be seen from the road and matter of fact most of them can't be seen from the air even. Our Township told us that they would have never known we had campers here except for that somebody saw our website page and complained. It's amazing the jealousy and envy that people have. We are going to petition our township and then it will have to go to the county board, it could take a little while, we hope by next year camping season to be open again. We're glad many campers were able to enjoy the land here and we just wanted to say a big thank you to all who have came and camped may the rest of your year be blessed.
