This was our second time back to stay in the tiny cabin. We loved our first trip. We drive downstate often to visit family. Perfect place to stop and enjoy nature with your dog and family. There's some trails to walk around with beautiful fall colors. We will be back. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

This was such a lovely experience! The vintage camper was so cute and the area around was perfect and secluded. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t recommend enough! The hosts were so kind and generous, I feel so lucky to have found this spot and will certainly be returning

Great stay! Monte and Lisa greeted me when I arrived and gave me a lay of the land. They also had recommendations for local eateries. Camper was perfect for me and I loved the extra touch of the s’mores kit and firewood. Highly recommend!

Just wonderful! Great couple and dog who were very friendly and helpful the entire time, but gave plenty of privacy. Every detail was well thought out, from the sun showers to the s'mores kit. Would definitely recommend, and won't hesitate to come back again.

Monte and Lisa's place was a wonderful experience. The camper was quaint and provided just what we needed. The outdoor shower was an experience everyone should have. At the end of the day, we sat by the fire and painted rocks with the supplies they had. Such a thoughtful touch!

Had a great time staying here. The nature was beautiful and the owners made the area very comfortable and scenic. Gave local recommendations and had an adorable dog. Not a far drive from pictured rocks or any tourist spot. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the tiny home and Monte and Lisa thought of everything! We really enjoyed our time here. Very private and clean space! Loved seeing the horses and exploring the beautiful wild flower trails! You can’t go wrong staying here!

This off-grid cabin is beautifully tucked away in a peaceful little forest spot, and the hosts have truly thought of everything—it’s cozy, well-appointed, and the outdoor shower setup was a standout feature. You can tell care went into making the space feel welcoming and functional.

Cute cabin, poured buckets one morning and was a very cosy place to wait out the storm. Monte and Lisa were very helpful and had some great tips about places to visit in the area. Would stay again if I ever find myself back up that way in the future.
(Also, if you want to see some beautiful carving/painting, ask Monte about the ice fishing lures he makes)
