Waterfront on Quanicassee River at the mouth of Saginaw Bay. It has a lighted deck to fish from or enjoy sunsets right in front of the RV site. Great location, 5 min from Hwy 25 (East of Bay CIty {20 minutes}, Frankenmuth just 35 minutes. High Speed WiFi, Water & 50 amp Power; Sewer. No playground equipment but one of the best RV sites in Michigan (that I have found). The Quanicassee River is one of the cleanest rivers in our area. Lots of boats go out and in by the dock. There are resident eagles, ducks, geese, swans, pelicans (rare) and lots of fish.

Wixom Lake rustic camping

Rustic campsite on a beautiful piece of property close to bait shops, ice cream parlors, party store/ Pizzeria, Eagles club, Moose Lodge and boat launches. Swimming area with a dock to park a boat at.Learn more about this land:This campsite used to be a waterfront lot on Wixom Lake. Unfortunatley we are without water in our lake and will remain this way for roughly 5 years. This site will still be available to rent as a rustic site. No water or electric hook up. Porta John that is serviced weekly. Ice cream shop and stores are nearby. Wooded lot with amazing atmosphere. If you would like to schedule a day to look at it in advance that can be arranged.

Get away for a relaxing time enjoy the wildlife coming and going through this pristine watershed. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy some time on the lake. Bring your own kayaks or use the multiple locations available to fish from docks or the shore. An easy 1hr-1hr 45min drive from various Detroit metro locations, 30-40 minutes north of Flint, 30-40 min east of Saginaw and 20 minutes from Michigan’s Little Bavaria, Frankenmuth.
