This is a cozy off grid cottage, right on Sip Pond, situated on 1.2 acres of land. The cottage is 380 sq. feet that runs on a generator. There is a Port a potty, there is no running water. The property has a dock and a fire pit. The pond is 114 acres, quiet and great for kayaking, SUPing, fishing etc. Near by there are hiking trails, snow mobile trails. The Rhododendron State Park and Mt. Madonock are near by.

Follow us on Instagram @shitefootfarms As always we are excited and can't wait to share our place with you! We are a small farmette with goats, chickens, ducks, fruits, veggies, and Irish Wolfhounds. The 1.3 acre parcel across the street from the house and farm has a forested peninsula that the A-frame is located on. Our street ends in a small stream that continues to separate the farmstead from the A-frame site. Come stay in our tiny rustic A frame cabin built of mostly reclaimed materials. Enjoy being across the stream and over the bridge from the main house on a private peninsula. Enjoy the privacy of a "single site" camp! Use the fire pit, grill, outdoor wood stove, single burner butane stove or umm the bathroom :) without having to leave your site! Please be aware we are in town and you may hear road noise, lawn mowers, dogs, ect. You may also see and hear wildlife ex; deer, beavers, ducks, muskrats, rabbits, geese, foxes, and coyotes. We encourage native plants and work to provide a sanctuary for many threatened bird species. The cabin is 100sq. feet with sloping interior walls the flip up side wall is permanently open and screened in. There is no running water or electricity so unplug and unwind. A place to plug in and the water spigot a short stroll from your cabin in the driveway The cabin has a a full size mattress with sheets, blankets, throws and pillows. Lanterns, cooking utensils, camp mugs and camp coffee pot are provided. Please request the cast iron skillet and butane burner, it will not be in the cabin if you do not ask for it. You are also welcome to set up your own tent. Please note cleared space is limited and the tent should be a 1-3 person smaller tent. Outside on the deck are tiki torches, woodstove and bistro table. There is a hammock, picnic table, and 2 sets of outdoor chairs at your site. We do not have a swimming hole but the town beach is 5 minutes away and requires a day pass. If you forget something you are a short walk to Cumbies, and several farms, bakeries and a large grocer are a very short drive away. Venture farther (10 minutes) to one of the nearby hiking trails. We are within 15 minutes of the Blackstone Gorge, Southern New England Trunkline Trail, Cornier Woods, Franklin State Forest, Wojcik Farm, Cook's Valley Farm, the New England Bonsai Museum, Diamond Hill Vineyards, Caroline's Cannabis, Shire Conservation Area, New England Country Club, and many stables. The Commuter Rail to Boston, Wrentham Premium Outlets, and a Drive-in Theater are within 30 minutes. Use us as a base to explore Blackstone Valley, Boston and Worcester!! We have a lovely site to camp right in the city. It is secluded and surrounded by nature. But still close to all the conveniences Worcester has to offer. We have a fun yard with an in-ground trampoline and zip line. The heated pool is available until late October. Pool is an added amenity and must be booked in advance. It is also listed on Swimply.

This site is a dream. Jae will send you a list of nearby attractions to visit but you will not at all want to leave the magic of the A-frame. The spot is perfectly secluded, simultaneously buried in the woods and full of sunlight, quiet and clean — it was the most rejuvenating weekend escape from the city (my partner and I both slept better than we have in a long time!) The citronella torches kept the mosquitos away, the toilet was easy and clean, and Jae gives you everything you might need (toilet paper, camp stove, water for drinking, water for washing, etc). Will be recommending this site to all of my friends!! Thank you Jae!

Our stay was the perfect reset and refresh we needed! The A frame was super cozy and had all the essentials and then some. It was the perfect mix of peaceful seclusion while still being just a short walk or drive from anything we needed. Jae was a great host, giving us complete privacy but remaining reachable if anything came up. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Judy's cottage on Sip Pond was the perfect weekend stay for us and our water-loving dog. We brought most of our camping supplies but were pleasantly surprised when the cottage had basically everything we needed (cooking utensils, plates, towels, etc.). It was so nice to have drinking water, clean and comfy bed, and clean porta-potty. Waking up to gorgeous pond views was such a treat. Sip Pond is wonderful - we spent all day on the water, kayaking and fishing. The neighbors that we bumped into were extremely kind and welcoming. We wished we stayed longer! We hope to come stay at the cottage and enjoy the pond again at some point.

The best Hipcamp experience to date! Everything was perfectly as described and more. There were three of us staying and I completely expected to just sleep on the floor but there was a cot set up for me next to the bed when we got there! We had everything we needed — water, lights, fans, mosquito netting, a bathroom! Everything was thought of and provided. The hosts were welcoming and incredible. Could not recommend staying here more and would, without a doubt, stay again!

Such a cute little place on the water, exactly as described! It was comfortable at night, with the cool air from the water, and even sitting outside the mosquitos weren’t bad at all, which was really shocking. Of course did get a few bites, but the sleeping area is well netted, so you could avoid the mosquitos mostly just by sitting inside the netting. Getting eggs as well was great, they were tasty! Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely lake front setting with incredible sunsets. Enjoyed it thoroughly. We used the SUPs and Kayaks to paddle past the Lilly pads and swim in the clear middle of the lake. Highly recommend.

Super cute and peaceful little spot to relax. Got some good bonding time with my dog. Jae was very nice and helpful with recommendations around town. The a-frame was so pretty! Happily made use of the charcoal grill and fire pit, the poker coming in clutch :) The ducks and goats were funny when we passed. And even got a beautiful show of fireflies over the water at dusk.
