Maple Grove Farm

Maple Grove farm is a twenty acre preserved livestock and hay farm in Harford County Maryland.  It is home to sheep, alpaca, an old horse, chickens , dogs, and a cat or two. 

The world headquarters for Remsberg Inc Photo Studios is in the older farmhouse on the property and we lead photo safaris and workshops in Africa and England through the year.

Our crack team of Border Collies are here to assist you with all your outdoor activity needs from frisbee tossing to ball throwing. Gather around the fire under the stars and listen to the sounds of sheep doing whatever it is sheep do with one of our loaner dogs at your feet and horses grazing in the sunset on the hill. 

When the weather is nice we occasional show movies by the barn drive in style and try to have one or two outdoor concerts each season. 

We are only three miles from W42 (Fallston Airport) if you are flying in. Nearby there are hiking trails and a swimming hole at Gunpowder Falls State Park one mile away.  Boordy Vinyards down the road has a farmers market Thursdays and wine tastings other days or get homemade ice cream at Prigel Creamery just past it. Take your canoe up to Eden Mill or Bike on the Ma & Pa and NCR trails nearby.

One of the oldest Clothing Optional Health Resort in the USA. We were established in 1934 and have been on the same property since 1936. We are 100% Not-for-Profit and 100% Volunteer. We are 45 min from Downtown Washington DC. Come out and leave all of your stress and worries behind.

We are the Maryland Health Society, one of the oldest clothing optional resorts and campgrounds in the USA.  Established in 1934, we are 100% not-for-profit and 100% volunteer run.  We have 98 secluded acres of wooded beauty, including cabins, RV sites with 50amp service, tent sites, swimming pool, clubhouse with kitchen and full restrooms, BBQ pit, 5 outdoor showers, 7 miles of hiking trails.  Bordering the Patuxent River, we are 10 minutes from Washington, DC. We host many large fundraising events every year. We are in a rustic setting and our offer total acceptance. We are a 100% AANR Club.

Redemption Springs Farm

Come stay in the tranquil beauty of the Maryland countryside, conveniently located in Finksburg MD just 10 minutes from the heart of Westminster MD. Here you can cuddle with the cows, hang out with the hogs, and chill with the chickens. A family-run, working small farm, built in the 1800s, we are dedicated to improving the land, soil, plants, and wildlife, through Regenerative Agriculture with all-natural, chemical, hormone, anti-biotic, and GMO-free methods. We raise and breed Rare Heritage Livestock in a conservation program to keep these genetic lines alive and diverse. Several of our breeds are listed on the Slow Foods Ark of Taste. Our farm practices invite loads of wildlife, including herons, fox, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, deer, bald eagles, red-tailed hawk, and more.

Don’t pack too much food, we’ve got you covered!  All of our animals are raised on pasture, no hormones, no antibiotics, no GMOs, or anything else you don’t want in your body!  Only all natural foods here.

Take a tour with us!  For $20 for the whole family we’ll give you an hour tour to meet the animals!  Snuggle a chicken, pet a cow, gobble at a turkey.  We’ll tell you about our farming practices and why it matters to your health and the health of the earth.

Fiddlers Green Farm

When you come here you are experiencing the rebirth of farming in this country while getting to connect with the natural world.

This historic piece of preserved farmland has been in our family for 5 generations. The property is just over 100 acres with about half in forest conservation. We have two streams that join one another and create an amazing habitat for all kinds of wildlife.

Our farm has always been a fun and healing place for our friends and family to gather. We love sharing the peaceful seclusion here with folks who enjoy and respect nature. We are a certified organic farm in the early stages of transforming it into a fully regenerative, permaculture operation.

We grow hemp, medicinal herbs, and small grains as well as keep bees and a small tribe of goats.

Fawn View Farm, Pond & Fields

Our farm is right on the Mason Dixon line. The area has a wonderful community and a lot of open space which we love and have placed into land preservation so it can remain that way forever. We host private events, educational farm tours, have dairy cows across the road and cheese & eggs available on site to sell. Lots of hiking options within a 10 min drive, 3 breweries within 10 minutes, 2 vineyards within 20 minutes and a handful of local restaurants and eclectic find stores within a 10 min drive.
