Large-3-bedrooms with 7 beds. Rustic decorations. Big Living Room with ROKU TV. A Dining Room that seats six people. Huge house located out in the country on the South side of Bowling Green. Firepit/Picnic Table and grill for outside fun. Fully functional kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/shower. Great heat and air. Inside board games and outside corn hole games with sandbags.
Guest access
5 acres of property. Entire house with plenty of parking space. Smooth Gravel road and key location given upon booking and one week before check in. No parking on lawn -just on gravel drive.
Other things to note
Maximum four cars in the rear of the house. No parking on the lawn. No parties or events. Smoking allowed outside

Very High Elevation in the Open Pasture Area!  We own 200 acres of all types of terrain. There is a very large pasture for camping and a hunters' apartment for rent. Our property is surrounded by thousands of acres of unoccupied land.We have an apartment set up with 4 bunk bed sets for hunters, with a bathroom and kitchen. There is no stove, but double hot plates, toaster oven, microwave, crock pots, refrigerator, etc. It is not at all fancy, but is certainly usable for short-term lodging. It will accommodate 8 people easily and more on inflatable mattresses or cots.

Very High Elevation open pasture. You can see waaaayyy out in the distance. Beautiful Open Country!!

Burdoc Farms is nestled in the idyllic natural green hills. Burdoc Farms offers a true and relaxed experience for your once in a lifetime event.With over 650 acres of open fields and forest, Burdoc Farms has been in the Shepherd family for over 80 years. The farm was once a tobacco and cattle farm, producing national champion Shorthorn Beef Cattle in the 60’s. When Keith and Sara Shepherd took over operations in the 90’s the farm was converted to a conservation farm, with timber management, wildlife habitat, recreation and agritourism becoming the main focus of farm operations.
