Our family is devoted to history and preserving the essence of the past. You may very well see us pull up in one of our antique cars to greet you! Our neighbors are friendly and many are also small farmers. You can't see their farms from camp, but don't be surprised to hear roosters crowing, cattle mooing, and donkeys braying in the distance. All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service on lot 62, lawn care and monitored security cameras in beautiful and very safe park. All sites are 50 amp, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for a $25 fee. Enjoy the beautiful new landscaping in this Resort like RV Park with twinkly lights that come on throughout the night and we have a beautiful winding creek with creek front sites. The park has paved roads, concrete pads. This is a big rig park that can handle coaches as large as 50 feet. Because we are conveniently located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area, please know there is a nearby train track that comes by a few times a day, but you get use to it, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International airport, but there is no freeway noise which can be very loud. We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have laundry facilities on site. There are showers within 2 miles at the Pilot gas station on I-65.
We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We have an on-site Assistant Manager. Annie is located on lot 12a, and you can reach her after you arrive by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for Annie working in the park. For long term RV guests, we require RVs to be 10 years or newer. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management plus there is a free application see our website for an application on the banner.

I had a great experience. I stayed at Holmes Hideaway site and it was beautiful - on the river with seclusion, fire pits, and plenty of tree cover. I went in mid-november and it was not crowded. Everything done through the app and I was left alone. It was a fun weekend.

Beautiful and peaceful location. The kids loved running around and playing on the huge field and along the riverbank. The large pavilion with electric comes in handy for blowing up mattresses and the porta-pot style toilet was the cleanest I've ever seen! This was our second time staying here and look forward to staying again.

Love this area. We have now camped here 4 times and have not had a single complaint. The hosts are very welcoming and even take our kids for rides on their golf cart. This trip was our second annual camping trip with high school friends and bringing all of our kids together to play is awesome. Three of the campsites border a nice 2 acre or greater size yard and the kids play until they are so tired or it’s time for s’mores. We are already talking about another trip this summer.

Amazingly kind host, definitely a great spot. Bathrooms were super clean and had a nightlight in it and wash station. Easy access to the river and very peaceful out there. You rarely ever heard any other noises other than the occasional flight over.
Most of the sites are not private, there’s just one private site. So if you want the privacy, make sure you request that one set back off in another field close to the creek or check its availability.

Our group loved camping on Kathy and Scott's land! Very chill, welcoming hosts. Talking with Scott and meeting Sam the dog was definitely a highlight. :)
Such a beautiful, peaceful spot by the river. Very spacious and FLAT campsites. Port-a-toilet even had a foot-pump sink and soap next to it – so nice to be able to wash your hands and not just use hand sanitizer. Amazing view of the river and barges going by in the morning. We loved it and will definitely be back again!

This truly is a Perfect Little Spot. The hosts are wonderful and take thoughtful care with the place and the details. Favorite highlights are: the comfy chairs with cushions by the large stone wall fire pit, The composting outhouse is clean, cute and comfortable. The open grassy areas are super soft with the ground underneath, great for walking barefoot and feeling the goodness of the earth beneath your feet, also nice for the level areas for tent camping on the ground. The covered porch for hanging out is lovely, A great place to journal or read when the sun is high. I felt totally tucked away and private. Angie and Paige have made this a very special place.

We had a great time at RockyTop. The highlights for my kids(8 & 22) were Oreo, the pig, the dogs and fishing. It was mostly a very quiet stay. The only thing I would say is only 1 person could fish at a time but we were told that was a project they were tackling soon. Also, youre closer to the house than we thought we'd be but that didnt bother us at all. All in all, we would stay here again.

Cool spot a short way down a windy road, and at the bottom you reach the campground. We were able to let our dogs run free with us while the goats were away at work, very fun. Peaceful and quiet, super clean toilet, and great place for kids.
