We have owned this property since 2003.  We are now opening this wonderland up to select few campers to enjoy what we have.  You will have the place to yourself.Hike, swim, relax at our home away from home.  NO cell service at all.  Learn more about this land:This campsite has 20 amp power. Enough to run a small AC and unit.  City Water available.  The site has a fire ring.  Wood for sale or bring your own. This site backs up to the lake.  There is a sand beach within 20 feet. Nice Dock to set on or fish.  Catch and release.  Quiet hours from 11p to 7am.  You are just 11 miles from Madison.  Madison has many festivals all summer and fall.  Close enough to drive yet out of the crowded campgrounds and noise.  Bring your floats and enjoy the lake during summer. Must wear an approved life jacket.  Kids must be supervised as there is NO life guard on duty.Fires must be put out when done.   Major Holidays require 3 nights stay.

Nightfall Farm

We're bringing my family farm back to life. My parents farmed here until the 1980's, but couldn't make a profit with corn and soybeans. My husband, Nate, and I moved home in 2014, and started turning the fields into pastures. Today, we run Nightfall Farm, raise animals with respect, and sell pasture-raised meat locally. Come wander the 125 acres of woods, wetlands, and farm. Check out the animals in our pastures, and walk along the Muscatatuck River. Enjoy a quiet fire. Hear the roar of frogs calling in Spring. Chase fireflies. Behold a family farm coming back to life.

Your tent is on a raised wooden platform with a bench...perfect for watching the sunrise. Take off your shoes and stay a while!

The Sunrise Cabin is the perfect getaway on our organic farm, complete with queen bed, porch, picnic table, and fire pit.

You can purchase eggs, pork, turkey, lamb, and chicken from our farm. We raise our animals outside on pasture. We move them to fresh pasture almost every day, and feed a non-GMO feed. Learn more about our farm at www.nightfallfarm.com.

The Hipcamp site is just behind our barn (built in the 1800's). We like having guests on the farm. In the winter and spring, your neighbors will be sheep, lambs, and laying hens. From April to September, your neighbors will be baby chicks!

Grab your friends and wander in the woods. We're building a trail system, but for now, it's all fair game. We'll give you a map so you know where to go - and then just have fun exploring.

Wildlife is abundant on our organic farm. We see turtles, butterflies, lightning bugs, frogs, and more. Come explore and see what you can find on the farm!

Chateau de Pique is a Winery and Brewery set on 80 acres just outside the city of Seymour, Indiana! A popular fishing and recreation spot on the White River is just a half mile away. Presenting on our large property are various outdoor settings: an 18 acre vineyard, open grassland (groomed), hills, tree areas, and a large parking lot for our RV and Camper guests!

We have eagles, hawks, and deer that are spotted on our property. Relax and enjoy the out doors. We are only 11 miles to Madison.  Enjoy the day down town and come back to the great outdoors.  Great place to stay while visiting one of the many festivals that Madison hosts.  Come Hike splash around and camp at a remote area that you feel like is your part of the world.  We will help in any capacity that we can. We may even get the 1956 tractor out for a hay ride.

Excellent wade and fly fishing - panfish, rockbass, smallmouth, spots and largemouth.

The creek was beautiful - cool, clean, and clear.  Plenty of space for swimming, lounging, playing football, or just exploring.

Historic School Field

This property showcases the Old Cass Union School House built in 1941. Although the building is not yet open for tours the family is in hopes to use the money they save to rennovate this old property and bring it back to its prime. There are so many wonderful stories about this property. This location intersects Ohio, Switzerland, and Dearborn county. This property is close to Rising Star Casino, Hollywood Casino, and the Ohio River. On this property sits the Old Cass Union Schoolhouse that the family is planning on renovating once getting the fund to do so. This is a way for the family to save money to renovate the property. Due to tripping hazards, the family isn't allowing any tours of the school but each stay gets the family closer and closer to their goals. This property is also in a very safe area with cameras on the property for the security of your property.
