There’s a map that leads you to hidden features, like the gypsy fortune-telling tea house, a fairy mound at the base of a huge fir tree, a yoga platform, and a Buddha bench for contemplating or conversation.

You will park next to our shop, which offers privacy from the road, but please take note of its placement in our photos to ensure that will work for your stay. The main property and home are next door, and we are easily reachable if you need anything during your visit. We offer year round electrical hook-ups, and fresh water in Spring, Summer and Fall (the pipes are winterized from approximately the end of October-March, depending on the snow season). While there is only 1 electrical hook-up, there is space for an additional vehicle, and options for parking locations if electrical is not required. During your stay, keep an eye out for our neighborhood moose family, our year-round bald eagles, and our many deer, quail, and turkey friends. Winter camping is available, but please note that we can receive large amounts of snow. Please reach out with any questions! Learn more about this land:Enjoy your stay, Down by the River, on the banks of the Coeur d'Alene! Launch your SUP, Kayak or floats to play in the river and fish. With wide open space there is plenty of room to relax and watch the clouds go by. This primitive camp site at the edge of the river is quite flat, but might require some leveling under your tires. The drive/road is shared so all vehicles (2 max) must be pulled off the road and into the designated area. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes bike trail is just on the other side of the river and trail access (and pit toilets) is less than 2 minutes away. Gas, ice and the famous Snake Pit restaurant are near Exit 43 off I-90, 5 miles up the road.
