Luckily, we heard this property was coming on the market and we were able to work with the owners on purchasing before listing. The previous family will always hold a special place in our hearts - they truly worked with us to allow the transaction to happen. Learn more about this land: Welcome to our farm and home! We are located 35 miles from I-84, 59 miles from Boise, Idaho, 14 miles from Nyssa, Oregon and 5 miles from Adrian, Oregon. Nestled on a small farm, we are just minutes from the Owyhee River where many find enjoyment fly fishing for football-sized brown trout, rainbows, and more. With 360-degree views from the property, we invite you to set up camp and enjoy. You can have your boat at the dock of the Owyhee Reservoir in 25 minutes - or simply take a drive to enjoy the views, paddleboard, fish, swim, hike, hunt, off-road, and more. You'll find a local hot spring along the way to the Reservoir. Local restaurants and grocery options are as close as 20 minutes, and one burger joint even delivers! The sunrise over the valley and sunset over Mitchell Butte and the Owyhee Mountains just cannot be beat. Occasional wind storms crop up, so be prepared for that! Gentle pets are welcome. A round pen for horses/mules *may* be available for larger four-legged friends. Most do get cell phone service, and if you need anything - we are happy to help!

The river feels wonderful come hot summer for rafting, floating, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and relaxing. A short drive along river and you can find class I - class 5 rapids, or perhaps you want to soak in the geothermal hot springs, go paddle board in the nearby reservoir or simply sleep and star gaze! You can book a raft trip or bring your own raft or inner-tubes. You can ride your horses or go fishing. Hike scenic mountains and see herds of deer. Super cool spot!
