We ask that you keep food put away in coolers or plastic container to avoid attracting pests. The outhouse is just 35 feet from the site. Our site is designed with eco-friendliness in mind and the outhouse is equipped with a basic composting toilet. Please use wood shavings after each toilet use and dispose of all non compostable items in the provided garbage can on deck. In the tent, you’ll find a luxurious and firm queen size bed and compact tables for storing your items. We provide a power bank of electricity for those that need a c-pap (tested and true), or charging devices. Stay warm all night with our propane heater, down comforter and optional heated blanket. Up for exploring? Just stick to the mowed pathways and enjoy the different settings. A hammock waits in the shade of the cherry plum tree at the bottom of the property. Camp surrounded by Old Growth Cedars and towering Grand Fir, stargaze by night, enjoy a campfire, smores and time with your family, Our peace includes little to no cellular service and don't offer internet or satellite tv. Feels like we're in the country but we live on a paved county road and only 4 miles from the city of Priest River. Bring your boat for a trip on the Pend Oreille River to Lake Pend Oreille. Launching is a short distance away at the Mud Hole, Priest River City Beach or Riley Creek Campground. Try your hand at fishing for bass, kokanee, perch, northern pike, and trout in the river or on the lake. Wake up in a peaceful woodsy setting where elk, deer, the occasional moose and turkeys roam the property and are often seen in the meadow. Load up your ATV, side by side or motorcycle and head for Priest Lake right from here. It’s a 21 mile (40 minute ride) to Coolin, ID.
