Beautiful views of the Idaho sunsets from the hill overlooking Glenns Ferry. 34 acres of peace and quiet to enjoy local wildlife, stargazing, hike around, or just use as a base to explore the local area, go fishing, hunting, or visit the winery in town. Note: you can hear the interstate and the train as it is a small town and both are within a mile from campsite Learn more about this land: Campsite is a 4 acre pasture with a small grove of trees that holds a prepared firepit as well as a rope hammock and small sitting area. Lots of birds and wildlife are around (owls, hawks, hummingbirds, deer, endless quail and rabbits, the occasional coyote or fox) and with easy access to the town and I-84 for exploring. Picnic table and horseshoe pit located at site. We are just a few minutes drive from town where there is a grocery store, several bars, Six Creeks Mercantile where you can grab a great cup of coffee, a golf course, Y-Knot winery, and fishing on the Snake River. This is a great location for exploration of the area, birding, fishing, or hunting up near Bennett Mountain. Only 20 min drive from Bruneau Sand Dunes. We are also very conveniently located off of I-84 for road-trippers passing through. As we are near the interstate there are some constant road noise sounds. LGBTQIA+ friendly, Pet friendly. We are a tent and car camping only site as we do not have facilities for a trailer and we the pasture is on a slight slope so will not be able to find a level spot for a larger trailer. Small travel trailers will be allowed, but do note there are no power hookups. We have firewood available and will try to have a small supply at the firepit, but if you would like extra or want to guarantee some available please add it on. We look forward to sharing our beautiful view of the Snake River valley above Glenns Ferry with you! Clear skies and happy trails!

Learn more about this land:Welcome to our pasture oasis! Our property is 4 miles down the road from BLM, where you are able to do any outdoor activities you desire. Personally, I love to ride horses and hike there. You may be greeted by horses or dogs on our property, and it's quite possible that you will hear coyotes at night (light sleepers take this into account). If you are a horse or dog lover, you are able to interact with our animals on the property! I am on the property, as well, for any questions/issues/concerns. There is a runoff river that runs through the property but rarely has water. We like to use it for campfires instead! Please reach out with questions and we look forward to your visit!

Enjoy the manicured landscape, horses grazing in the pasture, and from July to October enjoy picking cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and apples. We are 7min from I-84 and 7min from Twin Falls and its many attractions: Perrine Bridge, Snake River Canyon, Centennial Park, Shoshone Falls, Dierkes Lake. Enjoy local wineries and farm to table restaurants nearby. We allow dogs and horses! Our property is not fenced for dogs. Dogs to be well mannered or leashed during your stay. For RVs / Travel Trailers - - Our primary site has water and full 50amp service. We are able to provide a converter for from 30 to 50amp for this spot. - Our secondary spot is a covered RV Bay with water and 30amp service. This spot is large enough for the tallest 5th wheels and your slide outs. - Utilities are $35/night. We do not allow generators. For Tent / Car Camping - - Our primary spot for tent camping is on the front lawn, alongside the house. - We have a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink available We are a private home, not a public RV park or campground, which means we, the owners, live on the property and occasionally work here during the day, including in our shop where the shared half bathroom is located. While this bathroom is a shared amenity, it is not a requirement for us to provide it. We offer several spots for our guests and may host more than one party at a time. Arrivals are flexible, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, relaxing country stay for all our guests to enjoy equally. We ask that each guest be mindful that, because the bathroom is in the shop, the shop may occasionally be in use for property maintenance as needed. (If your rig is not fully self-contained, please note that we do not offer facilities of any kind. You will need a privacy tent for your own portable restroom.) Our house and shop and a few other outbuildings sit on 3.5 acres on a dead-end dirt lane, and we have space we'd be open to sharing with you. We have updated our listing (May 2024) to accommodate your preferably-fully-self-contained unit in our side yard area only (because of irrigation timing in the back-yard area, we are no longer offering that area for your stay). Your parking/dry-docking space in our side yard boasts several large trees and some shade. There are some branches to navigate but there is ample space to choose your perfect spot. The site runs alongside our driveway so our vehicles will obviously be visible from your parking spot but there is plenty of room there for your extra vehicle(s) in our driveway as well. This spot has very little privacy because it is set back from our dirt lane and in between our home and our neighbor’s shed (but they are family). But it is peaceful and safe (and we are very close to "town" and all the conveniences of such). Being almost next to the Snake River, and having a natural marsh just to the North of our property, mosquito repellant is highly recommended during certain times of the year. We are just a few miles (5 mins or so) from the freeway, Walmart, restaurants, and public access to the Snake River (boating, fishing, swimming), and golfing. We have three friendly dogs (lab, Yorkie, pug-chihuahua) but we have an underground fence system so they will generally be out of your area (with a few exceptions) and most likely in our house much of the time. (Must love dogs. ♥️) IF YOU HAVE DOGS, please keep them on a leash and clean up after them appropriately, thanks!

We have three friendly dogs (lab, Yorkie, pug-chihuahua) but we have an underground fence system so they will generally be out of your area (with a few exceptions) and most likely in our house much of the time. We are 7min from I-84 and 7min from Twin Falls and its many attractions: Perrine Bridge, Snake River Canyon, Centennial Park, Shoshone Falls, Dierkes Lake. Enjoy local wineries and farm to table restaurants nearby. We allow dogs and horses! Our property is not fenced for dogs. Dogs to be well mannered or leashed during your stay. For RVs / Travel Trailers - - Our primary site has water and full 50amp service. We are able to provide a converter for from 30 to 50amp for this spot. - Our secondary spot is a covered RV Bay with water and 30amp service. This spot is large enough for the tallest 5th wheels and your slide outs. - Utilities are $35/night. We do not allow generators. For Tent / Car Camping - - Our primary spot for tent camping is on the front lawn, alongside the house. - We have a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink available We are a private home, not a public RV park or campground, which means we, the owners, live on the property and occasionally work here during the day, including in our shop where the shared half bathroom is located. While this bathroom is a shared amenity, it is not a requirement for us to provide it. We offer several spots for our guests and may host more than one party at a time. Arrivals are flexible, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, relaxing country stay for all our guests to enjoy equally. We ask that each guest be mindful that, because the bathroom is in the shop, the shop may occasionally be in use for property maintenance as needed. We also ask that each guest be respectful of others who may be staying with us. Looking for a stopover place with plenty of parking space? Maybe our site will be a match for you and your RV! (If your rig is not fully self-contained, please note that we do not offer facilities of any kind. You will need a privacy tent for your own portable restroom.) Our house and shop and a few other outbuildings sit on 3.5 acres on a dead-end dirt lane, and we have space we'd be open to sharing with you. We have updated our listing (May 2024) to accommodate your preferably-fully-self-contained unit in our side yard area only (because of irrigation timing in the back-yard area, we are no longer offering that area for your stay). Your parking/dry-docking space in our side yard boasts several large trees and some shade. There are some branches to navigate but there is ample space to choose your perfect spot. The site runs alongside our driveway so our vehicles will obviously be visible from your parking spot but there is plenty of room there for your extra vehicle(s) in our driveway as well. This spot has very little privacy because it is set back from our dirt lane and in between our home and our neighbor’s shed (but they are family). But it is peaceful and safe (and we are very close to "town" and all the conveniences of such). Being almost next to the Snake River, and having a natural marsh just to the North of our property, mosquito repellant is highly recommended during certain times of the year. We are just a few miles (5 mins or so) from the freeway, Walmart, restaurants, and public access to the Snake River (boating, fishing, swimming), and golfing. We have three friendly dogs (lab, Yorkie, pug-chihuahua) but we have an underground fence system so they will generally be out of your area (with a few exceptions) and most likely in our house much of the time. (Must love dogs. ♥️) IF YOU HAVE DOGS, please keep them on a leash and clean up after them appropriately, thanks!

Beautiful views of the Idaho sunsets from the hill overlooking Glenns Ferry. 34 acres of peace and quiet to enjoy local wildlife, stargazing, hike around, or just use as a base to explore the local area, go fishing, hunting, or visit the winery in town. Note: you can hear the interstate and the train as it is a small town and both are within a mile from campsite Learn more about this land: Campsite is a 4 acre pasture with a small grove of trees that holds a prepared firepit as well as a rope hammock and small sitting area. Lots of birds and wildlife are around (owls, hawks, hummingbirds, deer, endless quail and rabbits, the occasional coyote or fox) and with easy access to the town and I-84 for exploring. Picnic table and horseshoe pit located at site. We are just a few minutes drive from town where there is a grocery store, several bars, Six Creeks Mercantile where you can grab a great cup of coffee, a golf course, Y-Knot winery, and fishing on the Snake River. This is a great location for exploration of the area, birding, fishing, or hunting up near Bennett Mountain. Only 20 min drive from Bruneau Sand Dunes. We are also very conveniently located off of I-84 for road-trippers passing through. As we are near the interstate there are some constant road noise sounds. LGBTQIA+ friendly, Pet friendly. We are a tent and car camping only site as we do not have facilities for a trailer and we the pasture is on a slight slope so will not be able to find a level spot for a larger trailer. Small travel trailers will be allowed, but do note there are no power hookups. We have firewood available and will try to have a small supply at the firepit, but if you would like extra or want to guarantee some available please add it on.
