A sandy beach, perfect for sunset, is a 15 minute walk away! There are martial arts classes occurring on the property mon-fri until about 9-930 pm, so if you see some lights and people as you enter do not worry. As there will likely not be someone physically there, we have made detailed self check in instructions on a Google Doc ! (vehicles not included). A hidden gem for anyone looking for a safe, secluded place to camp on the most tropical side of Oahu! Check in time will be after 4 pm, and a link will be provided for arrival instructions and gate code. We have fixed arrival procedures and have clearly labeled signage to ensure you find your campsite! We are very protective of this land and town, but would love to share the space with respectful travelers looking for an authentic experience. Flat grass field with some trees and bordered by a stream. We have two RV/tent campsites available. If you are bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. No hookups are available at this time, the sites are flat. Campfires are permitted. We are pet-friendly, but please keep your pets on leash. A toilet, potable water, and wifi are all available. Kokololio Beach Park is a 2-minute drive from the site. Hau'ula Loop Trail is only 4 minutes away. Kokololio Beach is a nice stretch of sand and during the summer months, swimming is possible. When coming from the south, turn left toward the mountain immediately before the long Hauula Beach park bridge or when coming from the north turn right immediately toward the mountain just after the long park bridge.

Hau'ula Homestead

Welcome to Hau'ula Homestead! We are located on O‘ahu, the beautiful Hawaiian Island. Right across the road from Hau'ula Beach park and a short drive from famous North Shore beaches. Flat grass field with some trees and bordered by a stream. We have two RV/tent campsites available. If you are bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. No hookups are available at this time, the sites are flat. Campfires are permitted. We are pet-friendly, but please keep your pets on leash. A toilet, potable water, and wifi are all available. Kokololio Beach Park is a 2-minute drive from the site. Hau'ula Loop Trail is only 4 minutes away. Kokololio Beach is a nice stretch of sand and during the summer months, swimming is possible. When coming from the south, turn left toward the mountain immediately before the long Hauula Beach park bridge or when coming from the north turn right immediately toward the mountain just after the long park bridge.

Centrally located, get to the airport in 25 min, Waikiki in 15 min and have easy access to other sides of the island or destinations nearby. I live on the property and look forward to saying Aloha. You're not in Hawaii to go to the mall! Pulling up to the mouth of Sacred valley gives an out of this world feeling, even locals rent our space to disconnect. Our securely gated, tranquil haven boasts tropical fruit trees and a sprawling lawn space campground, plenty of space with bathrooms and a nature walk to cold showers included. A sandy beach, perfect for sunset, is a 15 minute walk away! There are martial arts classes occurring on the property mon-fri until about 9-930 pm, so if you see some lights and people as you enter do not worry. As there will likely not be someone physically there, we have made detailed self check in instructions on a Google Doc ! (vehicles not included). A hidden gem for anyone looking for a safe, secluded place to camp on the most tropical side of Oahu! Check in time will be after 4 pm, and a link will be provided for arrival instructions and gate code. We have fixed arrival procedures and have clearly labeled signage to ensure you find your campsite! There will not usually be someone physically present to check you in so we have made Google Doc instructions for arrival and finding the bathrooms!

This includes 4 private bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. The restroom facility is shared with other guest on Maleka Farm and is Off-grid. We collect rain water for our shower, toilet, and sink, and use solar panels for electricity. As the sun rises and sets, the mountains transform, casting beautiful hues of orange and purple across the sky, creating a mesmerizing sight for campers. Each site has its own picnic table! For Tents: Maleka Farm provides space for pitching tents in the green grass. Set up your tent and enjoy the simplicity of sleeping under the stars, feeling the gentle breeze, and waking up to the natural beauty that surrounds you. For Camper-Vans: Maleka Farm grassy field can accommodate camper-vans of various sizes. The Farm is flat and great for camper-vans to sleep on leveled ground. Hiking Trails: Maleka Farm provides easy access to a variety of hiking trails that wind their way through the scenic landscapes of Laie and its surrounding areas. Some popular trails in the vicinity include: Laie Summit Trail Ma'akua Ridge Trail Laie Falls Trail Malaekahana Falls Trail Local Attractions: In addition to the mesmerizing mountain views, Laie and its surrounding areas offer a variety of attractions. Explore the Polynesian Cultural Center, an immersive cultural experience showcasing the traditions and history of the Pacific Islands. Hukilau Cafe is .3 miles down the street where the popular movie 50 First dates was filmed. Just 2 miles North is Kahuku Food Trucks to satisfy any pallet. You can also visit nearby beaches for swimming, snorkeling, or simply basking in the sun. We have some beach equipment available for rent: Surfboards, boogie boards and snorkel gear!
