Great little place just outside ATL. The camper and bed are super comfortable. The open barn was a perfect hangout. A private plot next to some incredible moss covered boulders.
Will 100% be back again

We really enjoyed our stay. The camper is the perfect size for two people. We also had our two small dogs. Unfortunately it was really cold when we were there, so we couldn't take full advantage of the amenities (like the hammocks!!). Space heaters were provided in the camper and bathroom and took the chill out of the air. There's also a wood stove in the barn, which we used one night. However, since the barn is open to the outside, the space really doesn't heat up and you have to be sitting directly in front of the stove to warm up. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful space with lots of homey details. Also, the fireplace and fire pit were prepped with kindling and firestarter--making it super convenient to get the fire started.
The bathroom is nice and spacious; I loved the rain showerhead, and the toiletries provided. There's also a nice little kitchen area, including dishes, a small fridge, electric cooktop and a few pots/pans, coffee maker, and even an ice maker.
The string lights outside the camper are pretty bright--it would be nice if they were on a timer or if there was a remote/instructions for turning them off at night. That's really my only complaint.
Kaitlin was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues accessing the property and orienting ourselves.
I'd definitely come back, preferably in a shoulder season when I could take full advantage of hanging out in the barn and hammocks. It's a lovely, magical little spot!

1 night at Glampsite 17 Acre Farm South of ATL
A most magical spot that is both expansive and private! It's hard to believe that it could be even better than it is in the photos, but it is. The barn space is so unique, welcoming and well set up. The trailer bedroom space was comfortable and cozy, even in subzero overnight temperatures. The showerheads and water pressure are great, and we were able to prep food in the generous kitchen space. This is great find for those passing through and for those visiting Atlanta.

My husband and I with 2 larger dogs enjoyed 3 nights camping on Dawne’s property.
This was our first “ test “ trip in the new camper, and the full hookups made things so convenient. Full hook-ups can be harder to find outside a campground.
The lot was nice and level, enjoyed the picnic table and the grassy area was just big enough to give the dogs some exploration. We saw dozens of hummingbirds (migrating?) on the flowering plants on the deep creek bank and we enjoyed eating our meals at the picnic table and watching them. There is sound from the main road but you cannot see the vehicles, and it was not enough to bother us. This was a great nearby ( one hour for us ) location for us and we plan on booking again.
Also, there is a beautiful log home Air BnB towards the back of the property that would be great to rent at the same time by non- camper friends and family.

Great place to get away in Georgia! My family enjoyed our stay here in the quiet spot. The full hookup worked great and the spot was plenty big for our travel trailer, 23ft. Pulling into the spot was easy and it wasn’t too bad backing out. A larger RV would require an expert driver to back out of this spot due to surrounding trees and bend in the road. I would highly recommend this spot

Weekend Trip to Glampsite 17 Acre Farm South of ATL
Super cute little place, I really wish I had been staying longer to enjoy the hangout area in the barn. It was decorated so nicely and the bed was quite comfortable.
Only complaint is the camper did not have curtains on all the windows which let a good bit of the lights outside in at night.

20 ft travel trailer

We spent two nights at this spot with our 20’ pull behind. The space was very clean, wonderfully laid out for convenient hook up. Dawne was a kind host and you can tell they care about your comfort. There is a quaint little creek running directly alongside the spot that my son found crawfish and salamanders in, he absolutely loved it. It is close to a road but don’t let it sway you, it’s hardly traveled and quiet. We lucked into this listing and we are so glad we did!

I enjoyed a nice, quiet retreat. It rained nearly the whole time I was there so I didn’t make use of the swing bench or the fire pit, but I absolutely would have if it was dryer. Even so, the tiny house was cozy and I was happy to cocoon inside. I would definitely visit again!
