You can see how the old orange groves worked as we haven't filled in all the furrows yet. The old orange Grove is now home to cattle, horses, goats, ducks, and our little family. Learn more about this land: Bring your RV away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the wide open spaces of the country. The only sounds you'll hear are cows mooing, goats baaing, and horses neighing. Sunsets and the stars are a site to see out here. THE PROPERTY: The owners live on the property with their 2 children and are willing to be helpful in anyway. Children are more than welcome to tag along. Being kid friendly is a plus for us as our kids might be running around enjoying their property. Can't forget dog friendly either. Our dogs love to greet our guests. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: If beaches are on your agenda, South Causeway and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park are only 25 minutes from the beach! Our favorite place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner is Carter's Grocery, which is only 4 minutes from our property. ACTIVITIES: We have chickens that lay eggs and are great for eating so if you'd like some fresh eggs, feel free to go over to their house and grab some. We have a Pavillion with a fire pit that is welcomed to be used. Our dock provides a look out on our pond. Please feed the fish some food if you'd like. Also, take time to fish in our pond and catch some tilapia or blue gill. The kids have a blast fishing as the fish are easy to catch. THE SPACE: The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. The ground will be grass that the camper will park on. Please note: we have 2 gates with gate codes that shut automatically. Please be sure each gate closes behind you! We have free roaming cattle and other farm animals outside the camping area. We are always open to recommendations on how we can make your stay even better! We cant wait to share our property with you and hopefully you'll find our place as somewhere you'd love to return!

We are 5 mins to Indialantic beach and .5 mile to the Indian river(great fishing). We are located 1 mile south of Historic Melbourne Village with plenty of shops and dining options. You can also opt to catch a movie at the local theater or take a tour of the Florida's Natural orange juice factory. If you're up for a 45-60 min drive you can also visit several of the attractions often featured in "weird Florida" guides including Solomon's Castle, Gatorland, and Monument of the States. And let's not forget, the more well-known attractions, Disney World and Universal Studios are also conveniently located about 45-60 minutes away. When you're ready to stock up on supplies, we're near gas stations and grocery stores (don't leave without trying the famous Publix subs). There are also coin operated laundry options near by. Being kid friendly is a plus for us as our kids might be running around enjoying their property. Can't forget dog friendly either. Our dogs love to greet our guests. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: If beaches are on your agenda, South Causeway and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park are only 25 minutes from the beach! Our favorite place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner is Carter's Grocery, which is only 4 minutes from our property. ACTIVITIES: We have chickens that lay eggs and are great for eating so if you'd like some fresh eggs, feel free to go over to their house and grab some. We have a Pavillion with a fire pit that is welcomed to be used. Our dock provides a look out on our pond. Please feed the fish some food if you'd like. Also, take time to fish in our pond and catch some tilapia or blue gill. The kids have a blast fishing as the fish are easy to catch. THE SPACE: The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. The ground will be grass that the camper will park on. Please note: we have 2 gates with gate codes that shut automatically. Please be sure each gate closes behind you! We have free roaming cattle and other farm animals outside the camping area. We are always open to recommendations on how we can make your stay even better! We are a 36 acre working farm, as well as a well-known live music entertainment venue. The weekends can be busy, especially in season with our more popular events. If live music and other campers here are not a fit for you, we recommend visiting us on a weekday or off-season. But please know the camp sites are far from music stage, pavilion, and festival area, and the music is usually ONLY during the afternoons and over by 4pm, so the evenings are quiet. Many of our HH customers come back several times a year for our weekend entertainment. Since we are a working farm property, there may be farm activity early some mornings, usually weekdays. We're centrally located to many attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and many other unique options. First time RVer? We're on site and will be happy to help you get parked, set up, and show you how to use the hookups. By the time you leave, you'll be a pro! Once you're settled you can sit outside and soak up the sun or enjoy a quiet meal at your own picnic table while watching the birds (you may be lucky enough to spot the Painted Buntings!). There's also a grassy area to let your trained and friendly dog(s) stretch their legs and get some play time in. When you're ready to venture out, you'll find great local "hole-in-the-wall" eateries along with your chain restaurant favorites. We're close to adventures of all types like Bok Tower Gardens, Legoland, several state parks, canoeing/kayaking, great fishing, paddle boarding, skydiving, Sunshine Flea Market, and the Spook Hill Mystery Spot. You can also opt to catch a movie at the local theater or take a tour of the Florida's Natural orange juice factory. If you're up for a 45-60 min drive you can also visit several of the attractions often featured in "weird Florida" guides including Solomon's Castle, Gatorland, and Monument of the States. And let's not forget, the more well-known attractions, Disney World and Universal Studios are also conveniently located about 45-60 minutes away. When you're ready to stock up on supplies, we're near gas stations and grocery stores (don't leave without trying the famous Publix subs). There are also coin operated laundry options near by. If you need it, there is a reputable RV tire and service company about 10 minutes away. Join us for a night, a few days, or even a week. Our campsites are located inside of the River Ranch Property Owners Association therefore you MUST already be a member in order to book the property or gain access through the front gate. Our entire property is 2.5 acres and the campsites are located on .65 acres across the road. Our site is the location of a future food forest therefore we have planted several fruit trees on both properties which we hope our guests enjoy throughout the year. Each site is just under a quarter acre and can accommodate a trailer or two tents as well as room for a car/truck with an ATV/UTV trailer. The shared common area is home to oak shade trees, a picnic table and burn barrel. For complete access to the entire .65 acres, please reserve both sites.
