Rasayana Cove

Rasayana Cove is a 25-acre eco-retreat located in the heartland of west central Florida. An hour's drive east of Sarasota surrounded by vast tracts of orange groves and ranch land, Rasayana Cove has been operating as a small retreat center since 1995. The long eastern boundary borders Horse Creek, a major tributary of the Peace River. The property features two spring-fed ponds - one small and the other large.  The cabins are accessible by well constructed shell-topped roads with good drainage and a variety of nature pathways.  A natural ecosystem remains undisturbed in the middle of the property - a Florida bay head of native flora and wildlife. While most of the state is crowded and overdeveloped, this eco-retreat offers a haven of peace in the pristine nature of Florida

House on this large property used to be the laundry room and game room for the camps along the lake.

Park your small to medium motor home or pitch your tent in a semi private huge yard.  Trailhead for Lake Minneola Scenic Trail just minutes away.  Enjoy relaxing on the huge private beach, rent a kayak or bring your own boat.  Only a few minutes walk from your site in a quiet neighborhood setting.

Utilities and amenity's are on a per night basis.  Electrical is 120v at 20 amps.

Due to local restrictions maximum 7 night stays available.

There is a boat launch, picnic tables, and covered area and charcoal grills to use.

This site is also available for a tent. We used the table just for hanging out.

This area is on the side of the hosts house.

This owners access park is available for you to use, only a few minutes walk from the hosts site.

We are a working horse farm who hosts groups, summer camps, after school program, boarding, girl scouts, boy scouts, and birthday parties! We are very kid friendly and are perfect getaway for the family.

Come and camp on our open, grassy field. We are offer
horseback riding, boarding, and more with our beautiful horses. Lithia Springs is only 15 minutes away and
the beaches are an hour from our property.

You're also near tons of different parks with canoeing, playgrounds, pavilions, and activities only 15 minutes away, restaurants are only 10 minutes from our facility We are private property off of a private road and await your visit!

We can accommodate two, 30 amp & one, 50 amp site plus four, 20 amps or less at this time. We do not have a septic black tank hook up for RVs or campers. We do have a bathroom in the barn with a working toilet and sink but no shower.  We do have plenty of room for campers, tents, and RVs!

We own 170 acres of land, most of which looks like wild Florida has for thousands of years, and provides sanctuary for many native plants and animals. The other 2/3 of the lot are high and dry , surrounded by beautiful oak trees and  wild flowers , the rear side feels like a reservation área , since it’s next to another 10 acre wooded area ( back ) 
Although there are Neighbord’s left and right , , these properties are also large and give you the sense of being secluded , yet Safe .
Property access it’s easy to get to , no dirt road to the property . 
We have well water of awesome quality ,lots of birds and over all , pleasant place to stay se lauded yet close to everything.
