Seaforest Sanctuary is a collection of  enchanting modern "campy" dwelling spaces hidden in a forest of pine trees.This is just a leisurely 5 min stroll to the edge of the sea and lovely Carrabelle Beach with white sand ,shells, driftwood and dolphins.The Seaforest Sanctuary also is protected nightly by the light from the neighboring Crooked River Lighthouse which gently swooshes through the trees all night long. ***Group Yoga Classes , Couples Yoga, massage, art experiences, Solo Stove Fire Pit available to all guests.

Goat House Farm

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 owned micro-farm in a rural area of Tallahassee on the beautiful Lake Talquin. The farm has its humble beginnings in the summer of 2015 with four acres, four goats, and four chickens. Founded on the love of animals and a passion for sustainability, we remain committed to compassionate practices and the most natural care of our land and animals as possible.

As stewards of the land and herd, we believe we have a responsibility to share nature's blessings. We offer several agritourism opportunities on the farm, from farmstays to day visits.  Our primary program is to serve area youth with agricultural education and the opportunities to work with our goats. All proceeds from bookings go toward our programming. 

It is our goal to create a space where our visitors can have fun and learn about the animals who share that space. We also strive to serve as a valuable resource for first time goat owners. To support that endeavor, we sell chicken eggs, specialty cottage goods, honey, and natural goat milk and honey products. We also sell raw goat milk (for pet consumption only, as per Florida law - Master Feed License #ZOO406).

Crazy 8 Ranch & 4 Steps Horse Rescue

This is our own little piece of paradise and we love to share it with others. First, we are a horse rescue ranch under 4 Steps Horse Rescue, 501c3 non-profit.  The business side is Crazy 8 Ranch. We offer guided trail rides, boarding, education and activities for all ages. All proceeds go towards the feed and care of our rescues. Everyone is welcome here, come enjoy our hospitality

Dancin Wind Ranch Campground

Small private camping area on my small ranch
located just a few minutes from I-10 between Tallahassee and Monticello, Florida. We offer three full hookups including 30 amp, sewer and water. Enjoy the beautiful open area where you can experience the peaceful quiet country living underneath the stars. Campsites are partly shaded and large enough to accommodate any size rig. We are conveniently located within 20 minutes of Tallahassee and a short distance to the beautiful Wacissa River where you can rent kayaks and canoes.

Twisted Oak Country Retreat

Twisted Oak Country Retreat is found in rural Jefferson County where there are only 14,000 residents.
 The quiet and peaceful property is home to many birds, from hummingbirds to falcons, in addition to squirrels, fox, and deer.
 Personal animal residents include chickens and Mandy, a well behaved dog that is happy to be leashed during your visit.
