We are seasoned campers but this was our first Hipcamp experience. It was fantastic! Jen is an awesome host! The property is private and so close to the beach! About 200 ft to the whitest sand I've ever seen. Our dog, Levi, had almost as much fun as we did. It's a deeded beach so we saw the same folks most days and made some great new friends. The property. The fresh seafood is out of this world. Be sure to visit the St. Joe Seafood Market and restaurant. Just a few yards down from the property, is the Trading Post which had a good stock for groceries and beach equipment. They even had a small liquor store that was surprisingly well stocked. Scallops has gas, groceries, and souvenirs. Port St. Joe is a beautiful little town with shops and trendy restaurants. You must stop by the Bayside Bakery & Cafe for delicious cakes and pastries. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads on the north end of Cape San Blas. It was as funky as the name and the food was superb. Unusual drinks too. Try the Traditional Expresso Martini.
All in all, I have nothing but praise for this little spot and our great host. We are coming back in the spring! Thanks so much Jen!

Location, location, location! Such a great week. Our plans for the week were to sit on the beach and this was the perfect spot. Clean, easy to access, and easily accessible hookups. Close to everything. Short walk to the store or St. Joe shrimp company for fresh seafood. Will definitely return! Great spot Jen!

Great park! Went for a quick weekend just to see the area. We live in gulf breeze and have had our eye on the Carabelle/st. George island area for a while on our “to explore” list. We got to the park right at sunset and we were still greeted by campground host. She was quick to show us where to go and asked if we needed anything. The park is small, but it has one of the best views of anywhere we have stayed! It’s an incredibly quiet stretch of the gulf, tons of fishing, and surrounded by forest parks. Would absolutely come back here. We have a 37’ 5th wheel and our pull through had plenty of space and full hookups. Easy to get in and out of the park. Not a whole lot on property, but we don’t ever need anything other than a place to park! Awesome spot… we’ll be back!

Absolutely loved the park. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Really can't beat the view we had. Only issue is have is with the reservation system on hipcamp booked one site that wasn't available. Ho Hum was able to accommodate our request and give up the perfect spot tho.
